Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted March 12, 2012 Senior Member Posted March 12, 2012 azaya, Remember that there is no cure for hair loss. Rogaine (minoxidil) may help to regrow hair but, eventually, genetics will overcome the benefits of the drug. The only clinically proven and FDA approved DHT blocker is Propecia (finasteride). There are herbal alternatives like saw palmetto but none is likely to be as effective. David - Former Forum Co-Moderator and Editorial Assistant I am not a medical professional.
