Senior Member Stuart01 Posted February 28, 2012 Senior Member Posted February 28, 2012 (edited) Here is a good example to show what type of coverage a gentleman with a class 6 pattern hair loss who still had a persistent forelock can get with 2,868 grafts. This patient had a couple of options on how to approach his procedure. We could concentrate on the frontal ? with all his grafts for more density, but he wanted more coverage throughout his entire scalp. Therefore, Dr. Panine transplanted hair throughout all of the zones, which has given him a thinner look, but coverage across more area. As can be seen by his post-op pictures he now has a very natural hairline, thinning as it goes back to the crown for a natural appearance. His total graft count was 2,868. His donor area will support another session if he would like to get more density.
