Regular Member bishal82 Posted February 20, 2012 Regular Member Share Posted February 20, 2012 Hi All, This is my result so far. I am quite happy with the ht so far. finally i have a hairline and grow my hair long. crown has improved and is holding up well with fin and minox. i have not noticed any further loss in the crown. overall experience with my ht has been good. Density is not the best but given the number of grafts i am happy with the results. one more pass to add density and to slighlty lower the hairline should do it.. Senior Member chrisdav Posted February 20, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted February 20, 2012 Hi Bishal. It does look a bit thin and in my opinion you should have gone strip with larger numbers. I think it highlights the inconsistent yield with fue. 2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK. Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.
Senior Member HARIRI Posted February 20, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted February 20, 2012 Well it isnt that satisfying to me. But with FUE method and only 1719 grafts, dont expect that much is your hairline was almost gone. Try using concelaers like Nanogen fibres and trust me you would forget about the density issue. However now I believe when many doctors say FUT yields better than FUE... Good luck anyways for the future plans buddy. Senior Member England Posted February 20, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted February 20, 2012 I agree that this looks a little thinner than I would expect. Particularly concerning as I am thinking about an FUE.
Senior Member mattj Posted February 20, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted February 20, 2012 It's a small number for the area. With that in mind I think it's a good result. I doubt if there's any yield issue here. I am a patient and representative of Dr Rahal. He can buzz his hair and still see a hairline, he can use concealers to address the density in front, etc. Also, now that he has the foundation set, he can add some density when he goes in for his next HT. Senior Member Blake Bloxham Posted February 20, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted February 20, 2012 Bis, For the number of grafts you received, I think this is a fantastic result. Frankly, I think one more FUE session to thicken the frontal third/hairline would complete your transformation. Very impressed with Dr. Feriduni's work, and very excited to see your transformation.
