For guys using Nizoral shampoo as part of their routine, the shortage is over and it is back in stock. Walmart, as well as several other stores I went to yesterday, all have it in stock now. The one thing I noticed is that it is about $1.50 higher than it used to be.

Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily

Avodart 0.5 mg. daily

Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily

5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily

Biotin 1000 mcg daily

Multi Vitamin daily

Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? :D

Our Walmart hasn't had any since last Summer. Does anyone know what caused the shortage?

Does anyone really really believe or notice any benefits with nizoral? For me it just made my scalp dry and my hair fall out? Is there any scientific proof that it does anything for hairloss? Just wondering as it's really popular and maybe it's a great product for everyone except me.

I really have noticed a difference!!! I love nizoral..However, after talking with Mike(at Dr Rahals office) Im gonna quit using it in conjunction with Head n Shoulders 2n1...He said Head N Shoulders was a pretty harsh shampoo...

So as crazy as it sounds, I now have a shampoo regimen..

Nizoral- once a week

Revivogen- 4 times a week

Revita- 2 times a week

Crazy what we put ourselves thru!!!

I don't think Nizoral has done anything for me as far as hair growth is concerned. But it is a good dandruff shampoo. I probably use it about once a week.

Dr. Paul Shapiro: 2,348 grafts (FUT) 2009 ~ 1,999 grafts (FUT) 2011 ~ 300 grafts (Scar Reduction) 2013

Nhp your shampoo choice is extremely scalp drying revita, head and shoulder and nizoral are quite harsh shampoos I'm shocked you haven't had big sheds I used revita twice a week and lost clumps of hair, maybe my scalp is too dry and yours too moist. You do right to drop nizoral I think you got the ket covered.

Cheers for letting me know Aaron.

Bonker

I was doing Head n Shoulders 2n1...no longer...according to Mike at Dr Rahal Revita and Revivogen are excellent shampoos...they actually have a lot of nutrients and oils in them...NOW, not for a second do I think they are gonna cure baldness, however, its a nice compliment to my everyday regimen...and yes, I do have very oily skin...maybe that helps?

Yes it will help you a lot then. Interesting how we all suffer the same plight but under different conditions.

Revita interested me when it first came out as it has as much keto as nizoral but it has copper peptides and apple poly in it which are supposed to be very good but it destroyed my hair and I lost hair that never returned. We live we learn though.
