Bernstein Medical - Center for Hair Restoration Patient BZS had a basal cell skin cancer removed from her forehead using MOHS chemosurgery that produced an irregular, scarred hairline. Results after two hair transplant sessions totaling 1,315 follicular unit grafts.

Because the growth of hair transplanted into scar tissue can be inconsistent, the hair restoration was performed in stages.

I agree. Good job. What reconstruction of her mohs defect was done? Skin graft, secondary intention?

 

I've done a handful of bilateral advancement flaps for defects at this area which have turned out ok, not as nice as adding hair that you demonstrate. But way better than her pre-hair transplant pictures.
