Senior Member Stuart01 Posted January 26, 2012 Senior Member Posted January 26, 2012 (edited) This is a 30 year old with a class 3v pattern hair loss. We did 3,014 grafts. Over 2500 grafts went into to frontal 1/3 and 500 grafts to the crown. These are the results 11 month post-op. Patient has totally changed the style of his hair. The procedure has now allowed him to comb his hair straight back without the feeling of being uncomfortable. Senior Member JayWalker Posted January 26, 2012 Senior Member Posted January 26, 2012 What confuses me is the immediately after procedure picutures, how does this guy not have any redness or any evidence of incisions? http://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/blog/journal.asp?CopyID=10024&WebID=2832 October 2011 - 1647 FUT - Dr Dorin January 2014 - 1580 FUT - Dr Dorin
Senior Member Stuart01 Posted January 26, 2012 Author Senior Member Posted January 26, 2012 Jaywalker in answer to your question, Dr. Panine's surgical sites are are only large enough for the graft to fit snug, which will minimize any bleeding post-op. We also have the patient return to the clinic the next day after surgery to clean up any bleeding which might have occured during the evening so the the following day the patient will look very clean. During the first couple of days post-op the skin but become slightly red with minimal scabbing. The post-op pictures that are in this album are right after the procedure.
