Regular Member Dr. Vito Quatela Posted January 6, 2012 Regular Member Posted January 6, 2012 This 37-year-old male presented for a 1,600 graft hair transplant. The total number of grafts placed was 2,001 of which 885 were single hair grafts, 862 were two hair grafts, and 254 were three hair grafts. The team began by using the stick and place method to create a more natural appearing hairline and thicken his widow’s peak. After filling the frontal area with single hair grafts, one and two hair grafts were combined along with three hair grafts to create more density in the forelock area and on the top of the head toward the crown. The patient is very pleased with his results.
