The itching post op almost drove me crazy also, benadryl is a good start and I think prednisone might help also but am not sure.

 

Get on the horn to your doc! He should be able to help.

Mine was at about 3 to 4 days post of and the itching was also driving me mad. I just soldiers on through it and it went away by out about 10 days post op

Itching is normal post-op but I can't imagine the saran wrap is doing any good. Just be patient at this point and fight it out. When the scabs fall off you could apply some aloe on the itchy areas. Whatever you do don't scratch!
