someonesavemyhair Posted December 18, 2011 Posted December 18, 2011 This is just a quick review of my recent hair transplant. I have already had two transplants prior to this one with another surgeon and the results I received were not what I expected. My main goal was to lower my hairline and it was lowered, just very thin and noticeably different from the rest of my hair. The staff at RMHRI are very friendly and knowledgeable. When I arrived I was given a menu to pick from for lunch and a list of movies to choose from to watch during my surgery. The lunch was from Submarina... one of my favorite places so what was awesome. haha. The movie list was ridiculously long so they have something for everyone. I was extremely tired because I got in late the night before from vacation and ended up sleeping until lunch came in. I was waking up a bit here and there but slept for the most part. After lunch I fell back asleep again and woke up around the time the procedure was over. My previous transplants didn't provide any kind of after care, in fact you had to buy the after care products and go to a pharmacy to pick up the meds. At RMHRI Dr. Ross provides everything you need, after care products and meds. No inconvenient trips to pick up the medication and who wants to be driving around town when you look like a monster. At this point I would highly recommend Dr. Ross and his techs Nicole and the other one. I don't remember the other techs name because I was sleeping most of the time. In 6 months or so I will take some pictures and post some before and after to let you know how it is going.

Brandon108 Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 Someonesavemyhair, I had a very similar, positive experience with Dr. Ross when I had my first hair transplant last week. The staff is great and made me feel very comfortable. I love my new hairline. I also slept through most of the procedure. Looking forward to seeing your pic's after 6 months. Good luck!
Senior Member RCWest Posted May 19, 2012 Senior Member Posted May 19, 2012 Thank you for sharing your experience with Dr. Ross. I don't see a whole lot from his patients on here. Now you see the value of going to a recommended clinic. Pat personally goes to each clinic and reviews them. He has a great thing going on here. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1?
