I really like seeing results like this that are amazing with a conservatvive approach. I have seen several lately and this is a great example. It preserves those precious grafts for future needs while making an impressive difference at the same time. Very nice! Senior Member orangehair Posted December 13, 2011 Author Senior Member Share Posted December 13, 2011 gentlemen - thank you for your comments on this video - the case really hit on all cylinders. the patient initiated Propecia around the time of treatment and certainly has responded very well. The yield (survival of grafts) was very high and Dr. Dorin's design/graft angulations really allowed the hairs to lay in an optimal manner. Keep in mind @1000 grafts were dedicated to the crown, 500 to the frontal peak. The graft breakdown was 362 singles, 939 doubles and 216 threes - 2,888 hairs transplanted. His long hair helps but his hair to graft ratio is average so the angulation must be a big factor. Whatever it is, I'm sure the patient is more than please. Well done!
