Regular Member Dr. William Lindsey Posted November 30, 2011 Regular Member Posted November 30, 2011 This fellow had a small hairline case by us several years ago. He’s able to wear a hat at work and only recently noted that his top was getting quite thin. We excised his old scar, and got 2480 grafts, roughly half singles and half double-triples. Of note, the oblique scar you see in the strip prep picture was from some sort of scalp cyst excision several years ago, not from our small strip. We packed the recipient zone and a small area on the right where he’d thinned just behind our old case. Shown are periop and 1 week pictures. We’ll see him in a month for a scar check.
