Shampoo - Ur experience

Hi,

I have done HT 1 month back. I am using baby shampoo and planning to use some other shampoo. I have heard that Nizoral and Revital are good. Please suggest me which one is good for daily usage or any other good shapoos.

I use head and shoulders 2n1 everyday and use nizoral two times a week..really no need to use nizoral more than two times a week..

I wash my hair 2 or 3 times a week with Nizoral. The rest of the week I rinse my hair with water only. I don't think using shampoo every day is healthy for your scalp and hair.

I'm nearly 3 weeks post-op and have been alternating between aloe vera shampoo to help with healing and biotin shampoo to help strengthen hair. Eventually, I will add Nizoral to the mix.

Shampoos will affect the cosmetic aspect of your hair (and feel) however, as far as regrowth is concerned, the evidence indicates little improvement (if any) regarding regrowth.

 

Revita is a great shampoo though.
