I know that we cater to an international crowd here and that not everyone will be celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday tomorrow but, the great thing about this holiday is that it transcends religion, culture and nationality. After all, we all appreciate quality time spent with family and friends and everyone should pause once in a while to take inventory of all the good things in our lives that we tend to take for granted.

My life has changed dramatically over the past four years. In that time I saw the loss of a house, near financial ruin and the demise of a long-term relationship only to find myself today with a beautiful new bride, plans to begin a family and an adorable four-month old nephew I plan to meet for the first time over the Christmas holiday. Yes, I do have a lot to be thankful for this holiday season.

Suffering hair loss, as you all know, can severely impact a person's life. It's a deeply personal issue and one that we sometimes don't feel comfortable discussing with those closest to us. For that reason, I'm also thankful for this community. Not only because I'm employed here but because I believe we have the best active community members of any hair loss forum on the Web. By sharing your experiences and giving your time to others seeking answers to the hair loss dilemma, each and every one of you has positively impacted someone's life.

Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!
