Senior Member Sean Posted October 23, 2011 Senior Member Posted October 23, 2011 I just added three new photos. Tell me what you think and have agreat weekend. Is that the same person? Cuz I mean, wow. Was it just the Frontal or with the crown the areas worked on? Did the patient take anything before transplantation or anything after, such as rogaine & finasteride. 3,575 grafts went a long way here. I think it's a home run. Awesome work. Placement, with the right amount of hairs, right caliber/hair texture, can work wonders. I think this is a great example of how 3,575 grafts can do the trick and cover up the scalp on some balding men. Great work. It is a very impressive result especially with the hairstyle he chose to have.
Senior Member Athena Posted October 25, 2011 Author Senior Member Posted October 25, 2011 Hello Sean, Thanks for your kind comments. Yes this is the same person but he looks so much better with full head of hair. We did surgery both in the frontal and the crown areas. We rebuilt the hairline , the temples and filled in the thinning areas in the midfront and the crown areas. He was not using any medical treatment before the surgery and although we recommended to have some type of treatment after to prevent future hairloss, he decided not to do it.
