Fake tan usage once grafts out

Hi, im wondering if after graft hairs have fallen out can you apply fake tan to the hairline where you had the grafts(with a lower hairline) OR could it suffocate or not make the hairs grafted grow?

Not sure if anyone has used or mentioned this before be good to know

 

Also can you put makup on the hairline to disguise the redness as will have to go back to work and wouldnt want redness showing, once again will makeup hinder final result in anyway?
