Advanced Hair Studio has received recently several bad postings on this website.

 

We know that the postings were placed and incited by a well planned forum consisting of ex-employee(s) and or competitor(s). Their sole purpose being to tarnish the reputation of Advanced Hair Studio, for their own gain.

 

Obviously we recognize the fact that being in a consumer sensitive business like ours, we cannot please all clients all of the time as some expectations are too high or unrealistic; and so the odd occasion we can & do make a mistake, but Advanced Hair Studio prides itself on tens of thousands of happy clients; many of which are more than grateful for what we've done for them.

Hi All

 

Has anybody had any recent experience with advanced Hair Studio and would like to share their experience and come forward.

 

Has anybody been miss sold 'Strand by Strand' which n my opinion is a wig. I’m currently in the process of taking this company to court if anybody has had a similar experience I encourage you to please come forward with your statements so this company can be bought in to lime light of how they deal with their clients and have sales man doing a 'specialist advisors' jobs.

 

I'm happy to give you a statement if you guys are also in process of taking action against this company, I would encourage anyone and everyone who has had bad experience and been conned by this company to come forward with their statements all will be kept private lets al help one an other to take them down as they have done this to all lot of people and they think they can get away with this all the time as in my opinion some people are hesitant or somewhat embarrassed to come forward and take action.

 

Please people help is needed I want to collate as much evidence as possible against this company. I have had 5 people come forward already on other blogs i encourage anyone who has been miss sold to come forward an give me their statement i will provide them with my email add.

Don't stress yourself out with any doubts. HTN provides an impartial and verifiable listing of great HT surgeons like the doctor I work for. Research these physicians and then make a decision for a consult. Travel wherever you need to go to find the doctor right for you. All I'm saying is that my experience with the company, both as a client and a member of staff, i found them to be a nightmare,

I make no apologies in expressing my honest opinion regarding the company...

My journey with you started a year back. So long & few things have progressed really fast (going good). I initially was advised for laser which I had for 8 months (approx) which didn’t do as expected but then often was directed for a transplant (Fue) which I got done on 27 April 2012 in Ahmedabad by Dr Pitt and Dr Komal.

 

Initially I was little, no more than a little reluctant to go through needles and blades which comes with the magical procedure, which changed often getting to know about the detailed and very convincing analysis about the procedure from Mansi and a bit of little homework which cleared all my questions and worries storming my head (go for it, don’t go).

 

I had with a tele conversation with Dr Komal – very polite lady who explained me all the technicality of the procedure. And of course Dr Pitt whom I met on the procedure day who further eased the whole “operation, surgery” big words professionally taking on the environment and making it lighter - especially important from a patient point of view.

 

Before going under the blade I was very much updated from the past couple of months by Mansi about the ease with which this complex procedure going to the finest details one can go to, be performed. This included the feedbacks from other patients pre-surgery and past surgery at various studios in INDIA giving me more confidence to get this done with.

 

As I am happy that I went through this, its been just 3 days post surgery and I am feeling good. Post surgery there was a little pain for an hour or so and light bleeding on day one with redness and a little swelling which is very normal. As of now the redness and pain is all gone but a little swelling still exists which should subside in a day or 2.

 

I have already started eagerly waiting for the new buds to pop out. Lets see how it comes out. Even the Assistant who accompanied the docs were really supporting and nice through and through.

 

I thank Dr Pitt – the Red bull man haha for comforting surgery, Dr Komal and Mansi - who made me go through this.

 

I am really looking forward for the next review and hoping the buds come out good, and go through a follow up if required.

I was a genuine customer that went to Advance hair studio and they proper ripped me off and had rubbish service, from my personal experience they just wanted my money and after they got my money they did not care about me and just treated me like any old customer. I Payed? 3000 pounds for laser treatment which was Rubbish and did not have any kind of benefit, then they used their sales tactic and managed to sell me hair piece which looked dodgy when it arrived, Long story short this company is Rip off and i was Genuine customer there and they will lie and try their best to sell their products so they will get commission as i made good friends with a guy that use to work in Advance hair studio but he quit his job cause he did not reach his targets. Am just letting everyone know the Truth Cheers.

Long hair Larry i totally agree with you, am also we were genuine customers and not making anything up so lets see what they got to say about us. And also the feedback could be fake on their website as nowadays people do this just to attract customers but i could be wrong.

But anyway we all learn from our mistakes and we must let everyone know the truth.

Let's use some common sense as to why would you join a company if you were an unhappy client or why stepping from the company that was and I quote “a nightmare” only to become a client??!!!

 

 

 

 

Dear Users,

 

Please understand, AHS is legally World's Largest! You cannot be World's Largest Company if you are not producing results and not making your clients happy. But for that Ladies & Gentlemen, You Have to Place Your TRUST in US !!!!

 

We have started our business 5 years back and today we are planning to start in other mega cities in India, so please sit back and think again. If we were not good, we would not open Delhi after Mumbai, Bangalore after Delhi, Ahmedabad after Bangalore and in May of this year – Chennai.

 

Why others are not able to do what we do in terms of hair replacement?

 

Now, lets talk about the procedures. Why AHS has 4 procedures & not 1? The very reason is that each procedure has its own objectives and limitations. So, depending on the procedure, client's comfort zone and budget, we may recommend procedure A, procedure B, procedure C or A+B, but eventually we give them a FULL HEAD OF HAIR.

 

Because we are the ONLY company that has 4 patented procedures under 1 roof – 2 cosmetic & 2 surgical, so we don’t need to misguide our clients.

 

People also try comparing us with others, but without understanding that watch is a watch but there is a difference between Sonata & Cartier!

 

If you want we can prove that we are Cartier of the hair replacement industry!

 

Now, we as a company are aware that hair is extremely subjective area. Every individual has his own perception of how their hair should be and we do our best to understand and achieve that, but sometimes clients

 

A - expectations & comfort zone are not matching

B - budget doesn’t match with the expectations,

 

Yes, we are in the serious business of dealing with hair, so if we say we are able to make 100/100 clients happy – that is a lie, BUT yes, WE ARE ABLE TO MAKE 90/100 HAPPY, so it is just justifiable and honest to say that we're doing a good job!!

 

And if we weren’t keeping our clients happy, we would not perform procedures on MORE THAN 1 MILLION PEOPLE WORLDWIDE + 10 000 celebrities!!!

Hey guys,

 

I am currently a client of AHS Mumbai and so far I have found their work as very professional and helpful. Most of my appointments and laser treatments have been taken care of by Shaista who I find as very cordial and polite.

 

The treatment including the products seem to be working right now. :) I hope that by the time I finish the course in the next 2 months I leave AHS as a very satisfied customer. :)

So this person is not an existing or a past client of Advanced Hair Studio and has not undergone any procedure(s) with us and so has nothing to do with this organisation.

 

Obviously we recognize the fact that Hair loss is an emotional and a serious problem and we are dealing with an extremely sensitive area (business). We do genuinely try to match expectations of each client by performing one or multiple procedures out of the 4 completely different unique/ patented procedures what we have under the same roof. This is provided the client follows the recommended procedure(s), we are then able to achieve highly satisfactory results.

 

Goes without saying that’s the reason we have become World’s LARGEST Company in this segment.

 

Common sense, no company can expand their network from one city to the other, one state to the other and from one country to the other without satisfying their clients. The very reason AHS operates and has expanded its network from New Zealand to USA is because we are committed to perform and produce satisfactory results for each client who comes to our doorstep.

 

If a client has any concern with our procedure(s) or with the results, we encourage them to write an email on feedback@advancedhairstudioindia.com and we will address the problem in satisfactory and timely fashion. So if someone is a genuine client, we request them to get in touch with a Studio Manager of that respective city and also write on the above email ID to discuss the concern.
