Artistic Hair Restoration - 4000 FU to restore a NW 3 with Frontal Temporal Recession

This is a gentleman in his late thirties wanting to restore his significant frontal-temporal recessions to enhance the framing of his face in a natural way. An excellent candidate because of the thick donor available, he achieved very early growth. In the recent post procedure update at about 2 years, he is showing his fully-grown out result.

Wow he must have some serious back up in his donor to use 4000 there but if he has fair play! :rolleyes:

Temples look pluggy. Also, relatively little improvement for 4,000 grafts into a small area.

This post is an update of a previous post, Richard11 has not posted the correct before and after information. The only fully grown in photos are number 4, 8, and 10. Number 11, is an early after photo, showing robust early growth but not the final result. We will add further jpegs and text soon. Thanks.

Bumped for the edit of the before/after photos. The after photos are the fully grown out results. Note that this patient was thin in the frontal third so the restoration procedure encompassed restoring this area plus the severe frontal-temporal recession. Thanks.
