3100 FUE from Dr Armani

Hey ark,

Like I said previously, these are early days still. I do believe some over harvesting has gone on during your procedure furthermore I personally would have been very sceptical being left in the hands of an unnamed junior Dr. Since I have not been in the situation it is hard to empathise the logic when sitting in the chair awaiting your fate. Sounds rather morbid…apologies.

Just know there are clinics out there that have helped people in far worse scenarios than you, there can always be a light at the end of the tunnel so to speak.

My opinion, wait it out see what comes of the situation.

It sounds as though your family are greatly supportive of you who are a major plus when dealing through issues such as this.

Stay positive mate!

Do be careful when retaliating with Armani on a legal spectrum, I do not doubt your abilities in practising law, however just be weary that the Dr would have a TEAM of lawyers (all heavily paid might I add) whom will try and turn this around if attempting to deface his reputation.

Cheers,

He wasn't unnamed, I just can't remember his name. It was made clear to me that he would be taking out the grafts. Armani told me that he is grooming him to take over the Dubai clinic since he is planning to semi-retire from this year. He had been working in the Toronto clinic before that.

These days I think most doctors split the surgery with the main surgeon simply making the necessary slits. There is always a team of technicians that put them in as well. This was also the case when I went to see a better know Indian clinic. Doc did the slits, his team put the grafts in.

Anyway, yes there is always light at the end of the tunnel as you say. Hopefully it will grow though, if not then I will wait for Histogen, Acell, Latisse. If none are forthcoming in the next year, then a BHT into the strip scar. That will then be the end of it once and for all. After that I will simply shave it off or keep it super short

I'll follow in the footsteps of Ghandi ha

Hey ark,

I realise many clinics split the surgery up between themselves and the trained technicians, however there are many reputable surgeons who insist on completing all aspects of the procedure themselves (if not all, then most). It is good to see new Doctors being mentored and trained, let's just hope in the correct manner and by the right Doc's of course!

Hopefully some of the future treatments you mentioned above to come to fruition.

Cheers,

Keep a close eye on my posts/threads. I'm about to reveal corruption and fraud with Alvi Armani's clinic and his bullshyt reps and tactics.

As far as your pimples on the temples and hairline goes, they're there for life. Armani's patients are well known for having those same rigids/bumps after a hair transplant. They will continue to tell you what they've told me and everyone else that they will go away, use fucidin cream, go to a dermatologist, they're temporary, etc etc, but they're only buying time. And when you wait and wait and wait like I have been, they're going to say "oh, it's been 2 yrs since your hair transplant. You took some drugs, or didn't take care of it properly and it is your fault". They just did that to me on Hairs*te and banned me for no reason except that I was about to post pics that very day of my butchered results.

I had a yield of about 5%. But you also hav to keep in mind that you won't be able to judge the growth for atleast another 8 months to see which direction you;re headed. But I can 100% assure you those bumps are there for life.

Good luck to you my friend.

Einstein,

I am sorry that you feel unsatisfied but I am afraid you have left some very important details of your story and you are misleading the readers of this forum purposely creating a negative image of Dr. Armani and Alvi Armani.

The facts show that you have had an excellent result from your Alvi Armani hair transplant, but you have affected that result by self medicating and failing to seek medical advice.

You had your first procedure with Dr. Armani in November 2003 for about 2500 grafts with the FUSS technique. You had a second procedure with the FUE technique in March of 2009 for 2,500 grafts.

At 5 months post op from your latest FUE procedure you had seen a significant amount of growth from your procedure. Further you went on to post your 5 month photos and told all the Hair Site readers how happy you were with the result.

Not only you were getting excellent growth but you still had 6 more months to go for the final results to show.

This is your own posting at 5 months:

“Well here we go. i honestly wasn't going to post any photos but I must admit, I'm beyond satisfied with the results. Quite frankly it's surpassed my expectations. Here they are, both pre-op and post-op. There's no bias here so feel free to ask any questions and I'll answer without prejudice.”

So as you can see from the photos above and by your comments, your transplant was indeed a success with Dr. Armani and was coming in very well at 5 months.

You had sent so many emails to Dr. Armani from you stating how happy you were about the results of your procedures with Alvi Armani.

Unfortunately around this time you started self medicating with Avodart (Dutasteride)– as you admit in your own posts (both generic and regular versions) - in an attempt to thicken up your crown. You did this without consulting with Dr. Armani.

The drug caused you to shed your hairs. You also experimented with the dosages. It is now a well know fact that Dutasteride/Avodart affects the grafts growth of transplanted hairs in particular in zones 1 and 2 of the head.

Posts by you below:

“Glad to hear you've has some success with Avodart. I have had a transplant in the hairline and even posted pics in the hair transplant section. I had amazing results. Since halfway through avodart I lost about half the hairs from my hair transplant in the front - not my native hairs as I had no hairs there prior to surgery. “

”Shedding for a few weeks or even 3-4 months is what they're refering to. And even then, it's unknown whether or not it's a good thing or bad thing. My shed has lasted for over 13 months. Obviously not a good thing. I've begun to shed now again, but whether its from Xandrox or not I can't tell. But the biggest mistake I made was using this mother fukcin drug named AVODART!!!”

"Not only did dutasteride fail to "maintain" my hair, but it accelerated my loss. My biggest regret was not using finasteride.”

“But who knows, my dosing has been a roller coaster ride, and maybe in another year I'll see better results.”

To state you had 5% growth from your procedure with Dr. Armani is an outright lie. Your growth was above the expected standard – as show in your 5 months pictures - until you started self medicating with Dutasteride/Avodart.

You recently contact the clinic and sent in the below after photos stating you were unhappy with your result. You took these pictures after you stopped using Dutasteride/Avodart.

Even in the below photos you can see the growth and improvement that you had despite the shed you received from Dutasteride/Avodart.

These are your before and after photos that you recently sent to us

It is sad to see that you have come out with all these lies against Alvi Armani and Dr. Armani, despite the care and goodwill that we have given you, but we have no choice but to discontinue our relationship with you and address your defamation via the legally available routes..

"I was paid by the Armani clinic via free hair transplant to say my results were good on forums, attack anyone who disagrees with Armani's results, and would get emails to write specific text in specific threads in specific hair transplant forums. "

So your gonna sue him for telling us this? You don't have to worry about this changing Armani's reputation on here or other hairloss forums (Hairsite not included) I would imagine we all have the same impression of Armani that we had before we read this.

I thought the first pics shown didn't look half bad, but they are only pics, my pre-repair pics looked fine, but in real life it looked terrible.

Surgeon sueig patient for coming forward with garbage surgical rights - lets bring that into the media why don't we?.

Do you have any CLUE how easy it will be to form a class action suit? Easy as pie my friend, easy as pie. Now if you'll excuse me, I shall finish what you started and begin posting email transactions ;)

SO my hair transplanted hairs fell out as a result of Avodart? I guess evey failed patient of Armani was on Avodart as well lmao

When I showed a lawyer the contract I signed with Armani where it states that if I tell anyone about this contract Armani will sue me, or I will be liable to pay $1 million dollars or more, something to that figure. I don't think Armani was aware that that was unethical and outright fraud!!!

Sign this agreement and if you tell anyone about it I'll sue you!?!?!?

Einstein,

I am sorry that you feel unsatisfied but I am afraid you have left some very important details of your story and you are misleading the readers of this forum purposely creating a negative image of Dr. Armani and Alvi Armani.

I see no agenda in creating this up as to be frank I honestly once did think I had an excellent relationship with the clinic until you barked at me for texting you about my concerns because you said it's "charging" you. And the failed replies to my emails to Armani and his clinic and NUMBEROUS voicemails left on their voicemails.

The facts show that you have had an excellent result from your Alvi Armani hair transplant, but you have affected that result by self medicating and failing to seek medical advice.

Nice try. Avodart does not cause "transplanted hairs" to fall out. And the sheds they cause grow back. It caused me sheds in both my vertex and crown severely by guess what? They grew back.

You had your first procedure with Dr. Armani in November 2003 for about 2500 grafts with the FUSS technique. You had a second procedure with the FUE technique in March of 2009 for 2,500 grafts.

And I was told by YOU (not Armani, I dont even thin he knows) to NOT mention my FIRST hair transplant on the forums. I was supposed to start posting for a few months acting like a regular unbiased poster pushing Armani forward and "praising" his results and then suddenly announce "I have decided to go with Armani"... and then post my results. Dare to deny? Becareful, there is proof.

At 5 months post op from your latest FUE procedure you had seen a significant amount of growth from your procedure. Further you went on to post your 5 month photos and told all the Hair Site readers how happy you were with the result.

I was SUPPOSED to post in accordance to our agreement and praise the results I had. You notice not a SINGLE one front before shot exists? Why? because you said "peole will be able to tell that you had a hair transplant before". THAT's WHY. If I had not gone in accordance to our agreement Armani would sue me for what, like 1 millions dollars, correct? If I told ANYONE about the agreement, isn't it true he'd sue me for $1 million dollars?

Not only you were getting excellent growth but you still had 6 more months to go for the final results to show.

This is your own posting at 5 months:

“Well here we go. i honestly wasn't going to post any photos but I must admit, I'm beyond satisfied with the results. Quite frankly it's surpassed my expectations. Here they are, both pre-op and post-op. There's no bias here so feel free to ask any questions and I'll answer without prejudice.”

Again, in accordance to our agreement, and your emails to me , i HAD to say my results were good. How many times have you emailed me to make certain posts in certain threads? How many times have you told me to debate someone's post because they were questioning armani? becareful big boy..... emails and texts are al saved

So as you can see from the photos above and by your comments, your transplant was indeed a success with Dr. Armani and was coming in very well at 5 months.

You had sent so many emails to Dr. Armani from you stating how happy you were about the results of your procedures with Alvi Armani.

I as happy with my results at 5 months and the areas that never grew I figured will grow as told by your clinic!!!! And they never grew!!!

And why aren't you disclosing the fact that I since 2009 summer, emailed armani and you complaining? How many times have I nearly "cried" of the bumps/rigids/and scars in my temples and hairline? Why don't you mention those?

Right after I came into this very site and hairlosstalk forum I complained about my hair transplant and you told me IMMMEDIATELY that Armani wanted to see me, like he was the "Don" or something. Armani was seriously angry as to why i made unhappy comments. I got scared because I didn't knwo he'd figure out who I was under another username (they know me as mj2003 in hairsite) and was afraid of being sued for showing I was unhappy. I came back and announced how happy I was and took back everythign I said.

Unfortunately around this time you started self medicating with Avodart (Dutasteride)– as you admit in your own posts (both generic and regular versions) - in an attempt to thicken up your crown. You did this without consulting with Dr. Armani.

Buddy I was using dutasteride LONG BEFORE MY HAIR TRANSPLANT IN 2009!!! NICE TRY BY SAYING "UNFORTUNATELY AROUD THIS TIME..." Which ignorant individual is typing this?

The drug caused you to shed your hairs. You also experimented with the dosages. It is now a well know fact that Dutasteride/Avodart affects the grafts growth of transplanted hairs in particular in zones 1 and 2 of the head.

A well known fact? These are strong words. Please provide medical journals and studies to back this profoundly loud statement of yours that you just pulled ut of your hole.

And zones 1 and 2 were ALL transplanted hair prior to my second surgery,,,, did they just decide to pack their bags and leave? I started losing my transplanted hair from my first surgery 2 yrs after the first surgery... care to elborate on that? If my transplanted hairs never fell out from surgery 1 then there would have never been a need for surgery #2.

What was I supposed to do? Tell everyone I was losing transplanted hairs because of Armani's HT surgery on me so that I can get sued by the millions of dollars?? That was our agreement. basically I was a pawn and slave. but I got tired and sick of being a minion. And I slowly faded back and stopped pushing armani forward because the guilt was eating me alive that I was putting others in the same shoe I was currently suffering. And once I got legal advise that your agreement was outright FRAUD - I came forward.

To state you had 5% growth from your procedure with Dr. Armani is an outright lie. Your growth was above the expected standard – as show in your 5 months pictures - until you started self medicating with Dutasteride/Avodart.

You are correct in 5% may not have been accurate. How about if I say I got 99% yield will that make you happy? Ladies and gentleman, I appologize for making a wrong assumption on the percentage of yield I received in stating it was 5%.

All i can say is...... let my soon to be pictures posted do all the talking

You recently contact the clinic and sent in the below after photos stating you were unhappy with your result. You took these pictures after you stopped using Dutasteride/Avodart.

if that's whats going to make your entire clinic sleep better at night, then go ahead... you just keep blaming it on dutasteride. Heck, lets just say my bumps on my temples and hairlines are from dutasteride as well. As a matter of fact, I've been getting terrible diarrhea lately, damn dutasteride

Even in the below photos you can see the growth and improvement that you had despite the shed you received from Dutasteride/Avodart.

Pls, don;t hand pick and DARKEN photos you photoshop master. Allow me to post real pictures. Further to that I invite ANYONE to meet me ANYWHERE in Ontario at MY expense provided you share all over the forums exactly what you perceive of my hair transplant results.

It is sad to see that you have come out with all these lies against Alvi Armani and Dr. Armani, despite the care and goodwill that we have given you, but we have no choice but to discontinue our relationship with you and address your defamation via the legally available routes.

All these lies? name a single lie... i dare you. If you can name a single lie I would stop posting.

Care and goodwill? You've been nothing but an a-hole lately because you were tired of hearing me complain about my results, and you were upset I was not "advertising" Armani on hairsite for you. Goodwill? Ignoring my emails by the surgeon himself??? Lying to me that Toronto Clinic is still operating (yes I have that email) yet a few minutes prior to telling me that you emailed someone else saying it's shut down? Dude, you have your wolrd in a jar of pain because your emails will do all the talking... not me.

"we have no choice but to discontinue our relationship with you and address your defamation via the legally available routes" - Seriously? You think I want a continued relationship with your clinic? Are you kidding me? I was already offered a free touch-up in Armani's LAST email to me.... REJECTED.

I hope to GOD you pursue this matter legally. You will save me tons of money and time of exposing yourselves.

well done Einstein that was great counter you made there, they tried all this on me about a year ago and i answered them back just like you have on every single point and made them look stupid. they never replied again to me after that. i cant believe how similar your story is to mine apart from me not being a paid poster to start with.

now i have seen your pics i remember seeing you on armanis forum website under aj2003 aswell you asked Armani for the same hairline as brad pit and you posted a picture of brad pitts hairline next to yours to show similarity and i commented to say you look to have similar white bumps scars too me and to say that he has gone far too low on your hairline if he wanted it too look like Brad Pitt, as he has a much larger forehead area and higher hairline and my post was deleted and i was banned. if you remember i was the reason why armani had to make sure all its new members were genuin by confirming the registrations in person rather than all being automatic.

im glad i forced them to work.

I cannot believe that pats205 has even tried to defend your hairline with pics. those pictures never justify 5000 grafts being put into a hairline. the results do not match the number of grafts in a million years.

the one thing i picked up on was that if they didn't want to show the pictures before hand to show you had already had one transplant and then they showed the before pics they actually were trying to pass off 5000grafts as 2500. but correct me if ive misunderstood/ i have taken this from the section below.

whats your excuse for me then, are all my lost transplanted grafts down to the fact i use minox or finasteride. i cant believe you try to blame your clinics shoddy work on sh*t like that its just crazy, and more crazy to think that people will believe a word that comes out of your mouth when your company has been undone to show its true colors. your clinic is infected with lairs and fraudsters that have no concern for the devastation you have caused us all. how can you go home at night knowing what you do. covering up vital information that would lead a potential victim to sway away from choosing your clinic. people now know the truth more than they every have and its all your own doing. if your going to give someone a free transplant to post and protect the company then atleast get it right. the fact is Armani cant get it right anymore he is useless at FUE and i think it was a good job that he kept his supposedly unique fue tool secret or other docs might be making the same mistake.

all i know is one day this will all catch up with you and the crooks in your clinic and youl be asking yourself why.

WEBSITE SHOWING ALL THIS NOW NEEDS TO BE MADE AND PUT UP. ANYONE WILLING TO HELP PM ME. ALSO ANYONE WITH ANY BAD RESULTS YOU WANT TO SHOW ME SO I CAN ARCHIVE THEM UNTIL THE SITE IS UP ALSO PM ME WITH LINKS TO PICS. (high res if possible please)

You gotta love how Pats all of sudden wants to post both my procedures and their dates....................... right after I disclose the hidden fact that I had one in 2001 for the first time

(Note: This forum is where it started but the mods caught on to it - it would have been here but this forum wasn't up for their scandals and so Armani packed their bags and went to hairlosshelp. Then hairlosshelp's farrell wouldn't tolerate their scandals anymore either and kicked the clinic and their shills and reps out of there too, and now they are hairsite. Lets see how long they last on hairsite after hairsite is mentioned in our legal crossfire. It must be so embarrassing to be getting kicked off from forum to forum - I'd be ashamed personally)

Yes, the deal was not to allow anyone to know that I had a prior hair transplant with Armani for a few reasons:

a) I wasn't an avid poster on hairlosshelp and for me to come in there and start praising armani would make me look suspicious if everyone knew that I was only praising him because I was his patient. No, they wanted someone neutral to show he (i) had no agenda in posting postiive things and pushing armani forward (all the posts are there. simply go to hairlosshelp, search button, and find all my posts).

b) after doing that for a few weeks we were kicked out and we went to hairsite and armani and rep(s)/shills were now way more focused on hairsite as they just lost a source of advertising with hairlosshelp. Again a few weeks or maybe months later I announced I was getting a hair transplant with armani. meanwhile, armani aclinic and i already had an agreement in place and date set prior to me announcing it randomly in the forum as if I "finally narrowed my choice down between top clinics, and chose armani. Hmmm, forum members, wish me luck and I will keep everyone posted with an honest review". BS. It was already guaranteed positive reviews will be posted everywhere regardless of whether or not I had a good outcome. It as a written agreement, man. I was so good at it that people fell for my thread, my pics (tampered with by me, I deserve to be called an @sshole), and my review of my results and the clinic. Every single anti-armani person on the forum had ther mouths shut - THAT's how convincing I was..... aaaaaaaaaallllllllllllll pre-planned my man. So, if anyone knew I had a transplant already once before with armani what makes you think my reviews will be viewed unbiasedly?

c) Because my hair looked like shyt!!!! if people on the forums knew I had a hair transplant before they will ask for pictures!!! You think Armani will allow me to post what my hair looked like? Forum members are going to call me crazy for three reasons 1) "Your 1st hair transplant wasn't a homerun, why the *** would you go to them again?" and 2) "you had 2,500 grafts.... where are they!?!?!? and 3) you're getting 2,500 grafts in your hairline AGAIN!?!?!"... what credible shill would I have been then?

Notice how after all two yrs Pats announces for the FIRST time I had a procedure with Armani back in 2003? I wonder why..... ooops, cover is blown

I already know of 4 people right off the bat that will be more than willing to take this that serious. I am also even MORE sure that once a website is up and running announcing "by an attorney" that if you've been a victim of Alvi Armani's hair transplant and feel you've not gotten what was promised to contact us. This will be time consuming, but if he wants to start throwing punches and pouring salt on wounds, then so be it. The only thing I would liek to do first is get legal advise on the legality surrounding the nature of creating such a website first and I won't be able to that this week.

Einstein

one more thing comes to mind that's bugging me and i need to know the truth on.

remember when you Private Messaged me a long time back now when i was posting about lawsuit action against Armani when it all blew up and got alot of interest on this forum. and you said you had a brother or something that was a lawyer that might be able to help me and you kept asking me at random times how im getting on with the legal action, and if i was any closer at doing it.

was you told by Armani to get info on what i was planning to do and to try and put me off the lawsuit. i just want to know what lengths they go to.

not sure why hes not responding but maybe he feels a bit of a dick for sneakily asking about it via PM or he just hasnt seen the question yet. i dont blame him anyways if he was being deceptive atleast now hes not with armani. but one thing i ask myself is that if he actualy did get good results would he have come clean anyways or carried on morrally wrongfully lieing for the armani clan. its a pointless question to ask but i dont blame anyone but dr armani himself and his rubbish techs but i suppose Einstein could make things right by helpting the vitctims out who also got butcherd by starting a class action lawsuit. i think that would say alot about him.

that's what happens when the priority of the doctor becomes money over results and patient satisfactory. he made a name for himself to get people in and then upped his prices, paid sites to post lies to get more people in and then ****ed us all over with his shoddy fue work letting the techs do 90% of the work. and the 10% he does do (graft site hole punching) he cant even get right anymore. look at my wonky hairline it tells its own story.

Back in 2003, when I first realized I was losing my hair, Armani was all the rage.

And look at him now.

I remember you from the old days on the HLH forum.

I also remember that both myself and another poster called "dodgedabullet" predicted that Armani would take a big dive in the future. It was pretty easy to see how unethical he was even when he was showcasing success stories from his FUT days.

It didn't take a prophet to see that all those 20 year old kids he was using 6000 grafts on to restore their 14 year old hairlines would eventually become suicidal disfigured freaks with weird looking dense, permanent mustaches on the fronts of their heads. :D

that is actually not funny you are talking about people here not mannequins. these are loss hairloss sufferers that got tricked into this they are not disfigured freaks. you think that you are so smart and others are idiots?...what if your dick goes limp from propecia and you have to stop it at one point in time and you end up nw7 with smiley scar on your back? Will your choice or doctor or your supposed better plan will be any better then?

I say lets be modest about our choices and how we talk about other people bad choices because our arrogance might bite us in the ash!

Well perhaps he was a bit harsh calling them freaks but lets be honest.

You're not very smart if you do a very low hairline when you are suffering hairloss already at age 20-25. I wouldnt say they "got tricked" into this. They made that choice and it was a pretty dumb one.

Unless there are any side effects with propecia that we dont know yet, you can't compare it.

Ofcourse they got tricked, these doctors where supposed to be the top in forums where people go for help and to exchange reviews and get feedback. when the information they receive is not screened, when shills are allowed and build up these docs, when people who make money protect these doctors from criticism then people dont know who to believe. So they might end up believing the wrong thing, that their donor can give 15000 grafts, that HM is around the corner, that a strong hairline is the most important thing, that propecia will hold off your hairloss or whatever.

for me these people where victims of a well organized plan that made money for all the accomplishes. Surely now the choise look obvious but back then things were not that clear as they are today. And maybe in the future more things will become clear as well so noone should rush to point the finger and laugh with other guys misfortune.
