Your advice is sound and is the reason for the very existence of this community. I encourage you to post some photos so that we can get an idea of your results. waveskier, Cobblestoning can happen in the recipient area. I believe it is a result of not placing the grafts at the right depth causing a bumpy appearance on the scalp.
