This patient came to SMG recently almost unrecognizable 4 years after his procedure. What a transformation 1 session and a bold new hair cut can make! He cut his long hairs off a few months after his procedure and never looked back. We all love the new look.

As you can see by the graft/hair count that he has above average single hairs.

Graft/Hair Count: Total - 2669 Grafts - 4708 Hairs

1's 1005

2's - 1318

3's - 317

4's - 29

Looks fantastic Janna! I agree the new style is a wee bit more flattering. It looks like he has very coarse hair which must be a huge benefit for him. In the before pictures, it looks like he wore his hair pulled back. Do you think his balding might have been caused by traction alopecia? It just doesn't look like a typical balding pattern. I mean, his hair actually looked thick even though his hairline and sides were gone.

Thanks guys. This patient is soft spoken and so nice! The new hair style just seems to fit his personality better, IMO. The important thing is that he had the confidence to go so short and he is happy with his results.

Good observation Aaron. His hairloss is indeed in part due to traction alopecia.
