Getting Propecia online from a Canadian pharmacy

Has/does anyone order Propecia/any other drugs for that matter online through a Canadian pharmacy? I've been looking into it and it is so much cheaper to do it this way than with a pharmacy here in the states. Any experiences with this?

- 1 HT ~ 3000 grafts

- Regimen:

Propecia 1X daily

HairIsThere,

Although I've never personally ordered any type of medication over the internet, it's probably safer (in the long run) to get the prescriptions from a verified source. I do think there are legitimate sites out there, but it's difficult to tell initially and you could end up with an ineffective or incorrect product. Hopefully other forum members (with experience in this area) will provide some first-hand insights!

I switched to a generic Propecia last month (finax) and I'm not impressed with what seems like overall thinning and slight shedding I didn't get before- for the major part of my hair that doesn't get minox-. To be fair, I've also been through some stress and lousy sleep over the last couple of weeks so it might have played a part.

Now, propecia is said to be cheap dirt to make hence the cost of generics and there's no doubt in my mind we're being shamelessly milked so with the magin they have I'm sure it's possible to find genuine prop for cheaper in other countries depending on their local pricing policies and bulk purchase from retailers. I'd be you I'd contact this pharmacy and ask they confirm what they carry is actually made and packaged by Merck. Also google for costumer complaints. I'm switching to avodart since propecia never did much spectacular for me anyway and found significant bargains for the brand product.

Good luck.

I pay $23.95 a month for 5mg Proscar at the local pharmacy (no insurance). That lasts me 4 months at 1/4 tablet a day. I'd rather get a prescription at my doctors office and get from a trusted source than buy online. There are too many stories going around about people ordering online and shedding from meds that are either weakly made or not Finasteride all together. Shop around. If you can't find it cheap locally I will give you the address to my pharmacy here in Batesville, MS. I'm sure they would fill it my mail. They do it all the time.

Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily

Avodart 0.5 mg. daily

Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily

5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily

Biotin 1000 mcg daily

Multi Vitamin daily

Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? :D

I get generic finasteride (1mg) from canadadrugpharmacy and have had good results. The "Canadian" finasteride is manufactured in and ships from India.

I'd probably be wary too if I were you, but I can vouch for my own results after having tried it, plus minoxidil for 9 months.

There is a lot of generic finasteride out there but not all may be legitimate. The two I can recommend are Finpecia(by Cipla) and Finax(Dr. Reddy's) manufactured in India.

Both Cipla and Dr. Reddy's are reputed pharma companies in India.

I grew up in India and my dad is a doctor who still practices there. He's been prescribing Cipla drugs for over 3 decades.

I personally started taking Finpecia a month ago and am seeing positive results already. I buy from unitedpharmacies.com - although I don't know why they don't accept Mastercard.

I buy mine from a Canadian pharmacy (planetdrugsdirect.com). They are manufactured by Cipla and seem to work pretty well. The cost is $45 for a pack of 90 tablets and includes free shipping. I have been happy with their service so far and also get other prescriptions like generic Cialis and Uroxatral.

I'm going to second that endorsement for Cipla. I've been using their version of Finasteride for years. While I continue to lose hair, I am sure it's slowed it down.

I had my DHT test done last week and it was 20, which is a bit below the normal range. So i'm going to aim to get it back up to 30

Edit: I'm also seeing people posting that when they switched to a "local" pharmacy they experienced better results, so I may be pursuing that option as well once I have more funds available.

In Australia, I got some stuff from India and can't remember the name but it actually regrew some hair and was much better than propecia. It was much stronger. Do you know if this Finax is the same thing?

thanks
