2,500 grafts in one procedure before and after 15 months

 

Excellent hair on top and in crown but almost the entire front third including hairline is gone.

To fill this area in we performed 2,500 grafts dense packed via FUT (strip) in just a single session. His procedure started at 8am and he went home at about 2:30pm.

Here are some pre op and post op photos. The purple lines demark where we planned to implant the new grafts. The very front line is packed with single hair follicular units only, followed by 2 and 3 hair follicular units.

My favorite part of this particular result is the hairline. Whereas he had a thinning mohawk look before, he now has a flatter and much thicker hairline approriate for his age.

Believe it or not he wants more! Question is, should I do it, or should I make him wait longer to see if he has more hairloss on top in the future?

No immediate post op so it's hard to tell how good this is for 2500 grafts. There seems to be a massive amount of flash used as well. Some of the hairline pictures are difficult to make out details (due to the distance it seems?). With that said, I think this is probably decent.
