Dr. Hasson/3868 Grafts/One Session/17 Months Post-op

This patient from Italy suffered from an obviously recessed hairline and temples and thinning across the top of the scalp. 3868 grafts were used to restore the entire frontal zone blending into the weaker mid-scalp. This patient is very happy with the cosmetic improvement. He returned to our clinic to thicken the crown which was not addressed in the first procedure.

Great work as always from Dr Hasson. However this patient could have benefitted from a larger session of say 4000+ grafts because of his level of baldness. Any idea why Dr Hasson did no harvest more grafts?

I have to chuckle a bit with your post only because 3868 is still a fair amount of grafts and I dare say more than what most clinics can get on even an excellent candidate. Yes, he could have used more but his characteristics simply did not allow for it. It's still a healthy amount though and Dr. Hasson's judicious distribution allowed for a great result.

 

The only reason we were able to take these follow up photos and the pending HD video for tomorrow is because he returned for a second session to add more density to the crown.

Don't get me wrong Joe, its just that we are used to seeing HUUUGE sessions from Dr Hasson, so this one looked a bit small , thats all. I love Dr Hasson's work and am seriously considering him for my second procedure.

What a great improvement for this patient, he looks great!! Do you happen to know how many grafts were transplanted for this patient in the following procedure? Please keep us updated with the new crown photos as you get them, I'd love to see the final results for this patient and what the final number will end up being. Great job!

Great HD video update!! I especially appreciate "The Wet Look" and donor scar views. This patients' transplanted hair really seems to be at great thickness and character at this point and is showing perfectly for HD videos such as this.
