normally the hair will fall off from third week after HT.

 

Is it possible to stay and grow without falling off?

Two to four weeks is the typical time frame however, hair shedding can begin a little sooner or later. As long as you aren't seeing blood or feeling pain when you lose a hair, you haven't lost a hair follicle or graft.

Every so often somebody keeps a majority of their grafts but they usually shed.

Alot of people keep a small percentage that dont shed

I believe that the transplanted hair shed at around 4 weeks, and they come back 3 months after the procedure.

 

I am at my third week after surgery, and I have about 70% of my transplanted hair (about 30% seems to have shed off). I have read in the forums that a lucky few avoid shedding a majority of the transplanted grafts.
