9 Days to Go

I have 9 more days to go for my next surgery. You can see the results of my first HT http://s159.photobucket.com/albums/t152/ravivide/?action=view&current=7455469e.flv

The results look bad. You can count each and every incision even now. A dense packed hairline should hide those big incisions. I think 2000 to 2500 grafts should give my hair a decent look.

Balody, Bill, Thanks for your wishes.

The download link to the video is here.

Attached is a picture of me(right) and my dad(left).

You can see my dad at the age of 61 still has no reasonable hairloss and me at the age of 30 with 1 year post HT with lots of toppik applied. Sometime later I will post my brother's photo who has a deep forest on his head. I am the only cursed man in the family with none of the relatives affected by MPB except my late grandfather who reached norwood6 when he was in his fifties.

Good luck Jag

The good thing is you have some density on your hair and just need it filled in by some FU's which will make everything OK.

who is doing your 2nd HT?

Good luck

Scar has been closed with tricho closure on left and right. My skin laxity was less in the middle. So there it was a nomal closure.

Jagdish,

Looks awesome!

Question: did your doc remove the minis, break them up and replant or just dense pack around them??

Nice pics documenting your road to recovery. Any Doctor still doing mini-grafts should be exposed and licenses revoked.

Keep us updated on your progress.

I have the same question. It looks like at least some were removed and recycled but that takes a long time and is often a procedure on its own.

Looks really good.
