Hi, I have been losing my hair since 16 and by the age of 20 my hairline + frontal hair have disappeared completely. I have been considering a HT for a year now (had a consultation with Bosley last year which actually stopped me from getting one sooner). After reading many posts on this forum, I understand that most would consider me as way too young for a HT. From what I understand, getting a HT too young is a mistake because of future hair loss, limited donor supply, etc. Would this really still apply to me, even though I have hairloss of someone much older?

Actually, it applies more to you than someone with limited hair loss. You are most certainly going to lose more in the long run and faster.

That being said, go to a consultation with an ethical physician and see what he/she thinks. If an ethical physician turns you away don't "shop around" until you find someone that will perform the procedure.

Are you on any medication to stabilize your loss? Propecia, Minoxidil, etc? Those are your best bets thus far to stop what loss you are experiencing.
