There are several ways.

 

In a discussion thread like this, make sure you are using the "Full Posting Form". Click "Add Attachment", and you can upload one photo less than 300K in each post.

 

You can also create a photo album by selecting "New" toward the top left hand corner of the forum and "photo album". A window will popup and will walk you through a setup wizard. Be sure to fill in an album title, introduction, and be sure to leave the checkbox for members to leave comments enabled. You can upload up to 25 photos (9 at a time) in each album and each photo can't be larger than 500K.

 

You can also create a free hair loss weblog to upload your photos and then link it in your forum signature. For detailed instructions for doing this, click here.
