PR
2000 grafts by Dr Rose last Thursday, mostly front and top close to crown. Very nervous when I arrived their, but everyone was supportive and now I am looking forward to the future. Will wait 12-14 months and see if I need to fill in anywhere else. Light swelling, but the icepacks took care of that right away. The Graftcyte kit is worth its weight in gold; the moisture pads and spray really have helped the initial healing process. Right now the only thing I feel is a slight tightness from the donor area. Been sleeping upright and probably will continue until my seventh day. Now the waiting part. Still on Propecia and will continue this regimen. Will start Nizoral again after about a month. Not sure about the Minoxidil since I don't like the mess. crock
I just had 1200 FUT on 8/2/05 and will have my stiches removed this Friday. I also have tightness around donor area. I was not told about graftcyte. I still have some scabs but they seem to be falling off. Just thought they would be completly gone by now. Good Luck & now the hardest part of all, WAITING....
