mb
Having my donor area thinned out by old plug-style grafts, I am left with a very harvested donor area. My question is this... how small of a donor strip can be taken, and the area properly sutured? Could a surgeon go around and cherry-pick small (1/2 inch or less) strips as opposed to singular and lengthy strips.. which in my case, do not yield a lot of donor hair. I would guess I need about another 800 to 1000 grafts to complete the repairs. There's got to be a way.
