We place no more than 800 grafts per day, and in most cases 600 grafts per day, to ensure survival of the grafts 3. Grafts are placed immediately after extraction using the DHI Implanter. this is a very important development as grafts are now placed within 30 seconds from extraction from the epidermis. 4. Placement is done without preparing prior recipient sites. The grafts are placed directly with the implanter, thus controlling the depth and the direction based on the graft in hand. This allows each graft to be angled and placed according to its own needs. We use implanters from 0. 8 mm to 1. 2 mm. 5. 24 hour a day service. Each procedure takes 8 to 12 hours. Fatigue is reduced by dividing each session in two or three parts with long breaks in between. This is possible as both the surgeon and the patient reside in the DHI Plastic Surgery Hospital in Athens, an around the clock facility. 6. Body hair enhancement.
