The only ones that come to mind are Dr Panatokas and Bosley.

The Bosley name, as you have probably read, is a bit disconcerting.

According to his webs site, Panatokas still does micro and mini grafts, so I think you can do better. His prices are quite high, which is the typical SF mark-up, so I think you can travel a little and get a lot more for your money.

Firstly, I recommend not allowing location to be a determining factor in physician selection. Instead choose a physician that has a public reputation of producing consistent positive results.
