Regular Member stillhere Posted April 16, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted April 16, 2007 I know there have already been posts about this doctor, but I want Pat to chime in on this guy since not a lot of people are familiar with him. Also, I think Christian has had a procedure with him and he seems to have a few recent posts, just wondering if he could tell us more about his experience. Bill - Seemiller
Stilhere, Unfortunately, I don't know much about this doctor, however, since Christian had a procedure with him and you want to know more, you might want to send him a PM. Personally, however, I'd stick with the doctors on the coalition if you are considering a transplant. Bill
Senior Member hairbank Posted April 16, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted April 16, 2007 stillhere- I second Bill's recommendation to stick wtih Coaltition Docs. Are you thinking of Dr. Ochs due to location? I've really not heard anything about him, maybe others who know more can chime in. Regular Member Bill_the_bald Posted April 16, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted April 16, 2007 I ran across this name before I found this site, when I searched for "Hair Transplant" with Google. His name caught my eyes because of his extremely low fees: $2/graft for any session size (I think) plus some traveling reimbursement. This is the lowest price I have seen, considering his clinic is located in Beverly Hills, Califonia, a very expensive place. But for some reasons, I can't seem find his clinic's website anymore ........
Administrators Pat - Community Publisher Posted April 16, 2007 Administrators Share Posted April 16, 2007 Stillhere, When I was in California visiting leading clinics this past Fall I decided not to even pursue visiting Dr. Ochs' clinic. His procedure (still using dilators) and results just didn't look very impressive. To view the highlights from my visit to his clinic, click here. However, I was very impressed with Dr. Ken Siporin in Beverly Hills and he is now recommended on the Hair Transplant Network. Best wishes, Pat Never Forget - It's what radiates from within, not from your skin, that really matters! My Hair Loss Blog Sharing is what keeps this community vital. Please join in.
