Regular Member neverOld Posted December 9, 2003 Regular Member Share Posted December 9, 2003 I would like to know how the first growing hairs looks like. (Day 1-7) I am at 5 months 2 days with the first signs of growth yet to come. Im quite worried, but I understand some people experience even 6 and 7 months before the growth starts.. Regular Member Joecifus Posted December 9, 2003 Regular Member Share Posted December 9, 2003 Get on Rogaine if you are not. It speeds things up big time. When growing in for te first time, they are thin and pointed - not thick and stubby like you shaved it off and it regrew. Regular Member kazgorat Posted December 9, 2003 Regular Member Share Posted December 9, 2003 Mine all started out as little black dots, growing eventually into hairs. At 5 months you should be seeing growth. I had sporadic hairs popping up after 4-5 weeks.
Guest
At 5 months I had only a few fine hairs come in. Nobody even knew I had a transplant. I'm now at 9 months and 50-60% have come in and growing well.
