Advice for Hair Loss Sufferers Considering Hair Transplant Surgery

My Story

Found 168 results

  1. I researched this clinic more. The guy who does the surgery (Jacques Abrahamian) is actually not a doctor, hes a physicians assistant. In the office, they have a doctor who I do not think takes part in the surgery, but rather plays a "supervisory" role since a PA needs to be working under a supervising doctor by law. However, Jacques seems to have some good experience with surgery as he used to work for Alvi Armani and supposedly was trained by Antonio Armani along with Dr. Baubac. So he left Alvi Armani and spun off this clinic, and here we are. Fun fact, Rahal used to work for Antonio Armani too. It's funny how connected everyone is in the hair transplant community. They seem to offer good rates (especially for california/US) at 6 dollars a graft and the guy seems to know what he's doing. However, for the people who would rather have an MD/DO working on them this might not be the right fit. Please, anyone correct me if I am wrong about any of this. To OP, your results look fantastic and it looks like those areas that were lagging a little have caught up. I would be very happy with your results. Please keep updating us.
  2. Hi Raphael84 / JohnCasper, Thank you both for the comments. Regarding your question, Raphael, Dr. Alcaide was trained by Dr. Bisanga in 2014 and 2015 when Dr. Alcaide travelled to Brussels. Then he was also trained by Dr. Meyer who previously worked with Dr. Bisanga. Dr. Alcaide and Dr. Meyer are the M.D. of BHR Clinic in Spain, and they 3 together are the surgeons of BHR CLINIC. They collaborate in different cases and we have patients who met Dr. Alcaide and have their procedures in Belgium, and vice versa. So there is a continuous work among all of them. Kind regards,
  3. Raphael84 / VicTNYC, Thank you very much for your comments. As said this patient had a very good hair in terms of calibre, so he needed a smaller amount of grafts compared to other patients. But Dr. Alcaide managed it wisely using the necessary FUs. Best regards,
  4. Hi, Thank you all for your comments. @ BjornBorg, no, not Ivan Rakitic, hehe ☺️. As said, this patient was monitored by Dr. Alcaide during 3 years before the surgery. He was under medication and there were no signs of miniaturized hair / retrograde alopecia during those years and of course at the moment of the surgery. What can happen in the future? That is a question which can be asked to any single patient, but from our side we always try to manage donor area in the best possible way getting grafts only from the safe zone, after a detailed exam of the area. Kind regards,
  5. Dear forum members, Thank you very much for the confidence on Dr. Alcaide's work. We are very pleased to be part of the Hair Transplant Network. We are preparing new cases to show the results achieved by Dr. Alcaide in our clinic in Málaga - Spain. I take advantage of this post to inform that our FUE rates are between 2,70-2,85 Euros, and 2,50-2 Euros on FUT procedures. We are at your total disposal if you have any question. Kind regards and Best Wishes for the New Year.
  6. Thank you for everyone’s input on the potential recommendation of Dr. Antonio Alcaide. As you know, We take member feedback very seriously when considering surgeons for recommendation. In my opinion, Dr. Alcaide is doing top notch work on par with other leading surgeons. He was also trained by and works with coalition member Dr. Bisanga, who fully supports his inclusion. Given that the majority of feedback we received is highly positive, I feel confident in approving his recommendation. Thus, we’ve gone ahead and approved Dr. Alcaide for recommendation. You are encouraged to congratulate him on this topic. View his recommendation profile for more information. Best wishes, Bill
  7. Hi, JeanLDD is mentioning a very valid point. Hair characteristics can make a big difference in terms of the result achieved. Spanish hair can be a little thicker compared to other patients, but if you compare it with other nationalities, it may be thinner. That said, Dr. Alcaide also treats patients with very fine hair, like these 2 examples (specially the 2nd one). Kind regards,
  8. @Raker, Thanks for expressing your concern. However, Jean made a great point about many surgeons not doing temporal work or at least presenting it but you have to remember, that many patients simply don’t need it or requested. And as you can see, the clinic responded to your concern and even showed an example of some temple work in his reply. So clearly they do this kind of work when requested although they admit that it’s rare because it’s often not needed by their patients. Dr. Alcaide he may have only just started presenting examples of his work and results here on this forum. However, his work and results are well represented in other places online. Moreover, he was trained and is backed by Coalition member Dr. Bisanga who is fully confident in his work and results. Certainly that says something as well but you know us. We never approve a doctor for recommendation just on someone’s word. We need to see the work and results for ourselves. But I’d say in this case, it certainly producing top notch results. Best wishes, Bill
  9. Hi, Thank you very much for the comments. Dr. Alcaide can also rebuild temporals, but we don't have many patients who request it. But when we are asked about it, Dr. Alcaide can provide it like this case. Kind regards,
  10. Hi Bill, Thank you very much from your comments. Dr. Alcaide usually places an average density of 40-50 FUs/cm2 on the 1st cm. approx. of the hair line using single grafts, and then it drops to 30-35 FUs/cm2. That said, maybe in this specific case the density placed was a little below average due to the thickness of the patient's hair. Kind regards,
  11. Daniel, Thanks for taking the time to introduce Dr. Alcaide to the community and present your first example of his results. This patient result is clearly top notch. I really like both the thickness and the naturalness of his hairline in particular. I look forward to seeing more examples of his work and results in the coming days and weeks. Best wishes, Bill
  12. Good afternoon, I am going to put all the evolution with the clinic of Dr. Serkan Aygin, from the first contact until the year of the operation, step by step. Everything I've read in this forum has helped me a lot and I want to do my bit. I'm a kid from Seville who just gave me a reservation to fly to Turkey on June 24, 2018. I'm recommended by someone else (who coincidentally found me in a hairdresser, the issue of the transplant came up and he told me that he had gone to this clinic 7 -8 months before and I was very happy, the truth is that I had very good hair). I contacted the clinic directly (April 14) and at 2 days (April 16) I received an e-mail from a certain Antonio Clinic giving me the instructions and the price offered by € 2,990 for flights from Malaga, Valencia and Barcelona, 3 nights stay in Istanbul in a 4 * hotel (with a € 500 supplement for 5 *) and another € 500 supplement for the accompanying person, and a transfer within Istanbul. Antonio told me that I should send photos of the front, side, back and top of the head so that Dr. can see if my case is operable and how many Ufs thinks it is necessary, comment that it will take between 15-20 days to analyze my case (I sent it on April 17). On May 2, I went back to write to Antonio to see if he could put pressure on Dr. since I had to talk to my work to take my vacation so I could have an operation. On May 3, Antonio answers me with the opinion of Dr. and that he estimates that I will get about 3,800 UFs and in the crown area an indeterminate number to assess "in situ". Once at this point Antonio told me that he should contact another person, Danielle, from Aratravel (the agency that carries all the flights, transfer and agenda of Dr. Aygin) ... I told Antonio that he preferred to contract directly with the clinic and that I took care of my planes, hotel, transfer ... but he told me that it was not possible, that everything is packaged and it is not possible. On May 3 I wrote (via whatsapp) to Danielle and asked her for dates. On May 5, he replied that there is availability and that I must send him my information (name, ID, address, flight departure date, departure airport, etc ...), I send it to him and today, May 8, he replies that I have Place reserved for June 24 (which is when I requested) to fly from Malaga. Danielle told me that in 2 days she will send my contract for the operation and flight schedules to my e-mail. For now that's all, I will continue to inform you. I ordered whatsapp and he tells me that I have an e-mail with the contract already, I had 7 days to send the signed contract and the money (€ 450), the rest is paid in cash at the clinic. Please find below a link of my evolution from May 2017 till June 2018 taking Minoxidil and Finasteride http://imgur.com/a/iT6Fdjs In 5 days I'm taking my plane to Istambul for my hair transplant
  13. Just received this email from Alvi Armani DR. ANTONIO ALVI ARMANI, M.D. Founder of Alvi Armani Hair Transplants OBITUARY Returned to his Creator Friday 9th of March 2018 Dear Patient; It's with the heaviest of hearts and an emotion that we have to announce the passing of Dr. Antonio Alvi Armani M.D., the founder of Alvi Armani hair transplants, after a prolonged battle with pancreatic cancer. Our dear friend, mentor, leader, artist, and world-renowned surgeon. We cannot express what he has meant to all of us, to everyone on the Alvi Armani team, and to patients from around the world. Dr. Antonio Alvi Armani M.D. is the reason why those of us who work at Alvi Armani hair restoration are in a privileged position, impacting the lives of patients from across the globe with the highest skillset, and at the top of the hair restoration field. Dr. Armani is the reason why we continuously work to perfect ourselves as professionals and people, so that we can make a difference. Commencing in 1999, Dr. Armani took the field of medical hair restoration by storm with undetectable natural results that were never seen before in the industry. He gave hope to thousands of patients across the planet, and revolutionized hair transplantation introducing and perfecting dense packing, artistic facial framing based on facial features and ethnicities, density capacities of +100 follicular units per square centimeter, temple angle closure and restoration, zero angulation grafting, and crown restoration - just to name some. In the year 2008 after extended research in the FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) procedure, Dr. Armani made the riskiest move of any hair restoration surgeon in the industry – he decided to stop using the strip extraction method and commenced offering only the FUE extraction method making his primary point of reference patient benefit. More significantly he was able to extract 3000 F.U. per session compared to a maximum of 500 FU per session that the competition could muster. It was a game-changer. Critics came from across the planet. Today FUE is the gold standard in hair restoration surgery across the world. In order to produce quality results for his patients, Dr. Armani made significant financial and time investments into research. His research acclaims include projects on FUE hair transplantation extraction, natural hair grafting in recipient areas, natural hair angulation, hair allotransplantation, hair multiplication, genetic hair loss treatments, and organic cellular therapies – all of these producing several patent applications. He further applied his medical skills to influence a change in the hair care cosmetics business to produce Origenere, a natural, non-damaging, non-sls hair care cosmetic line formulated with natural actives to reinvigorate hair growth. Dr. Armani is also author of the book “How to Beat Hair Loss”. Dr. Armani expanded the Alvi Armani brand across the world, Beverly Hills, Toronto, Dubai, Buenos Aires, and New Delhi, as well as many consultation centers worldwide. He personally selected and mentored all of Alvi Armani’s hair transplant surgeons across the world, spreading his know how to benefit patients in the four quarters of the planet. He was never one dimensional and his other expertise included philanthropy, photography, poetry, film, and playwrights, particularly classical Italian Cinema. Dr. Baubac Hayatdavoudi M.D., Medical Director of Alvi Armani International, recalls a meeting he had with Dr. Armani and one of the biggest most renowned producers in Hollywood. True to Dr. Armani's nature, he took over the meeting and proceeded to instruct the producer as to what key components one should look for in a movie, and what artistic elements to highlight. We have lost an amazing medical doctor, scientist and artist. As we reflect going forward, the whole team at Alvi Armani has taken the responsibility to uphold and increase the legacy that Dr. Antonio Alvi Armani has left behind. Every patient we engage, every graft we handle, every product we make, we appreciate and we are humbled by the unique position we have been placed in by God – to assist people like us in living a full, rewarding, and beautiful life. Today, as you read this email, we are working on a unique hair growth patented topical formula that will revolutionize the hair loss industry and relieve hair loss sufferers across the world. Yes, once again, this is one of Dr. Armani’s legacies. We thank every patient for your continuous support. Best Regards. Bilal Armani President & CEO Alvi Armani International We encourage our patients to pray for Dr. Antonio Alvi Armani, and also donate to your local cancer research center. These are some of the most renowned cancer research centers in the world:
  14. It doesn’t really matter what doctor you get fin from. Most HT docs would prefer you have given it a shot for 6-12 months before they even consider putting you under the knife. I’ve never heard of fin causing infertility as much as erectile dysfunction. A lot of people throw out quotes and percentages about how many men it actually affects but I’ve never really seen any studies that those quotes or percentages came from except for one. Back in 2012 I had a consultation with Dr. Brad Limmer, a year before he passed away, in San Antonio and he presented me with a study (at my request) that stated that only .06 percent of men who took finasteride suffered from ED. He estimated that it REALLY only affected about .04 percent of men, though, as a lot of guys came back later and said that they were dealing other extenuating circumstances in their lives that could’ve contributed to it. The study was not amended to reflect this. I’ve been on fin since April of 2012 and I’ve never experienced any side effects other than the occasional brain fog but that has never held me back. I started with propecia every other day and stayed with that until September of 2015 when I switched to generic fin. I experienced a giant shed at that time so I started taking it once a day every day. Still no sides. My wife is currently 4 months pregnant and I didn’t get off of it while we were trying. I had significant regrowth with the fin/minoxidil combo. Fin can be your best friend if you give it a chance.

  18. You've not shared any photos of your donor region so it is difficult to say what is possible for you, in the short term and the long term. The donor area determines everything because if you don't have enough donor hair to accomplish your goals then you shouldn't even try. I agree with Spex that about 2500 to 3000 grafts would be a solid estimate to keep in mind but then you do have to figure out if you prefer to have a strip procedure (FUT) or an FUE procedure. Given that you have a shaved head now, and I assume you've got a military background based on your username and like a buzz cut, FUE may be the better option, but this is between you and your doctor. In addition to your surgical option for the frontal zone there is also the option of PRP with ACell for the mid-scalp and crown as this has been shown to help above and beyond what Rogaine and finasteride can accomplish. Since you are in Texas, it is only logical to consider Dr. Arocha. He's based in Houston but routinely conducts consultations in Dallas and Austin and is starting to travel to San Antonio as well. You should contact our office for a no obligation consultation. 713-526-4247.
  19. Uk hair transplant clinics = big time fraud I have been to see the so-called consultant from UK hair transplant clinics; I did see a chap named Paul Hill. I got a bed feeling from the start, as it was obvious he was no more than a pushy salesman with no interested in me or what was best for me, all the alarm bells rang straight away. The consultation was a hard sell from start to finish with the so called consultant having minimal knowledge of hair transplants and no interest in discussing anything except for how urgent it was for me to get this done a.s.a.p. to take advantage of the great limited time offers they have, I should preferably pay the deposit there and then or I might loos out on the deal, it reminded me of a door to door salesman offering double glazing! This guy has not had a hair transplant, his hair looks pretty poor and his only semi-medical training seems to be from his teeth whitening business. I walked away from the consultation thinking how desperate people that book with them must be, its obviously nothing else than someone trying to make a quick buck selling something rather then someone that has experience or knows what he is talking about. After the consultation I received an email with pretty great looking before and after shots, I almost starting thinking, hold on now, maybe I wasn’t fair to them, maybe I just had the consultant on a bad day and the clinic is actually pretty good, these results where after all pretty fantastic. After looking at the photos for s little while I realised that I had seen some of these photos before somewhere else. All the fantastic before and after shots they have are stolen from the following coalition hair transplant doctors (none of them works I the UK or has heard of the UK hair clinic): Dr William Parsley - Hair Restoration Surgeons, Hair Transplant, Surgical Hair Restoration, Hair Transplant Cost, Hair Loss Treatments, Hair Loss Doctors | Parsley-Waldman Hair Center, Louisville, Lexington, Nashville, Knoxville, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Chicago, St. Lo Dr. Michael Meshkin - Dr. Michael Meshkin*Hair Transplant Surgeon in*Newport Beach,*California Dr Robert H True - Hair Clinic New York, New Jersey, Boston Dr Bradley Limmer - Bradley Limmer, MD*Hair Transplant Surgeon in*San Antonio,*Texas Dr Sharon Keene - Sharon Keene, MD*Hair Transplant Surgeon in*Tucson,*Arizona I have added a screenshot here with the photo from ukhairtransplantclinics.co.uk on the left and on the right you will have the original photos from Dr Robert H. True (Hair Clinic New York, New Jersey, Boston) I am sure that him the rest of the doctors will see this and take action against this scam clinic. Here is a bit more about the consultation: It was all about me loosing the change of a good price if I didn’t act quickly, here are a few phrases from the email: “Because there are now only a few surgery dates available for the promotion Please call me on 0800 043 0993 if you have any further questions or would like to arrange your treatment.” “In order to qualify for the above promotional savings the following would usually be necessary: 1) Make a surgery booking within 7 days of this letter “ At the consultation you indicated that it would not be possible for you to be treated in the promotional period, I have now spoken to our manager, who has agreed to hold the price until the above date, as long as you pay a deposit, in the next 7 days. Believe me in person its worse than this! I wanted to share this with the rest of you to make sure you don’t waste your time going to these consultations and even more importantly don’t get ripped off by paying anything to this company.
  20. The first World FUE Institute Workshop put on by the World FUE Institute (WFI) took place in the Canary Islands, Spain on Nov. 11-13, 2016.This newly formed society consists of hair transplant physicians from across the globe that place special emphasis on the advancement of FUE.The Institute exists to further the study of FUE and to form an educational space for physicians to further the field.Dr. Jose Lorenzo of Spain and Dr. Koray Erdogan of Turkey are the current president and vice president of the organization. They worked tirelessly to put together an excellent educational offering.Drs. Alejandro Chueco, Antonio Ruston, Alex Ginzburg, Bijan Feriduni, Hussain Rahal, Emorane Lupanzula, and Ron Shapiro were the other members of the faculty who each delivered countless lectures and performed surgeries in the afternoons. The location was ideal for the meeting and took place on the Spanish island of Tenerife off the coast of Africa. The weather was comfortable and the beaches along the coast were beautiful. There was a good turnout for a first meeting with around 50 physicians in attendance.I was honored to have attended and to have been asked to perform one of the live surgeries during the workshop. Day 1 started with an incredible amount of activity. In the morning there were a tremendous amount of educational lectures aimed at not only the beginning FUE surgeon but also those more advanced. There were lectures about the various types of FUE devices currently available as well as those being developed.Dr. Chueco discussed the different types of individual punches and how one can differentiate one size and type from another. Those in attendance were introduced to a new and exciting FUE device from Dr. Trivillini called the Mamba. It uses suction to stabilize the graft and also vibration to free it from the underlying tissues.Dr. Shapiro discussed the new motorized flat device from Dr. Jean DeVroye called the WAW.This device marries the ease and precision of a sharp punch with the transection-limiting nature of a blunt punch, giving a large percentage of high quality grafts. Drs. Erdogan and Lorenzo discussed a new topic in FUE planning called “Coverage Value.” This topic is sure to become very common for all FUE physicians in their surgical planning for the patient in the near future. The idea here is that the patient prior to surgery will be assigned a number based on their hair caliber, density and area of donor.Using this number (coverage value), the physician can determine how many procedures need to be done in a certain area to give a desired effect. Also, and just as importantly, the patient can find out how many grafts can safely be transplanted in their lifetime. There were talks given later that morning concerning the best way to place FUE grafts. Some physicians use forceps while an ever growing number of others are using implanters. The pros and cons of each were discussed. Finally, a description of the various types of FUE devices (manual, motorized, flat) was given prior to the actual live surgical observation. The first afternoon consisted of one case performed by Dr. Lorenzo. The interesting aspect of this case was that he used 4 different types of FUE devices on the same patient. He used the manual, Mamba, blunt, and WAW (DeVroye) systems. Day 2 again started very early with lectures. The first lectures from Dr. Ruston discussed ways of increasing the speed and efficiency of FUE extractions.Later some lectures went over potential complications of doing very large sessions (gigasessions of 4000+). Some of the talks dealt with the rising wave of poor quality work that is being done by inexperienced clinics throughout the world. There were a few lectures on how to tackle these cases and how to go about correcting poor work that was done.FUE into scars was a topic covered as well as using SMP (scalp micropigmentation) into areas. The afternoon consisted of 4 different patients performed by 4 different surgeons. The attendees were able to move about from room to room asking the various surgeons specific questions along the way.Dr. Ginzburg used his cordless motorized sharp device and placed those grafts with implanters.A manual technique with the patient in the upright seated position was demonstrated by Dr. Erdogan. He followed this by showing his new device called the “Keep” to assist in placing the grafts with forceps.Dr. Ruston used a motorized sharp system to extract while showing how he does the stick-and-place for placing the grafts. Finally, Dr. Feriduni also used a manual device with both an oscillation and non-oscillation technique to remove the grafts. Day 3 started with a discussion of the ethical way of performing hair transplantation on patients.Physicians also heard a lecture by Dr. Ruston about the “Red Flags,” or things that all surgeons need to be on the lookout for to avoid performing surgery on a poor candidate. There were also a few interesting lectures about body hair transplantation.Beard and body hair were discussed as alternate sources of donor in addition to the scalp.A specialized technique for eyelash transplantation was demonstrated by Dr. Feriduni. Poor growth and the depletion of the donor area was a topic of discussion as well. There was talk about ways to improve growth and to diminish poor yield in all FUE patients.Dr. Shapiro delivered his popular hairline talk showing the proper planning and placement of a natural-appearing hairline.Other physician speakers discussed their different techniques in designing an age-appropriate hairline. The final day of the workshop ended with another 4 surgeries performed by 4 surgeons. Dr. Lorenzo demonstrated the manual sharp technique on his patient. These grafts were placed with implanters which is common in his clinic.Dr. David Josephitis demonstrated the new WAW flat motorized device in another patient. This new device contains a foot pedal with adjustable speed and oscillation which allows the physician to tailor the speed and movement of the punch to minimize the transection rate and maximize the number of quality grafts.Drs. Lupanzula and Cueco demonstrated their techniques followed by the use of implanters for their cases. Overall, the first workshop of the WFI was a success.Ideas were openly shared in a friendly and collegial atmosphere. Many physicians walked away with new ideas and techniques to try out in their own clinics.
  21. Hello All, Back about 4-5 years ago I had my first transplant done by Dr. Bradley Limmer in San Antonio Texas. I do not recall the exact amount of grafts but I think it was 800-1100. In any event I am considering another surgery within the next 24 months. While I enjoyed Dr Limmer's process I am looking for a cheaper alternative. Does anyone know of a cheaper reputable doctor either in the US or outside? Also, are there any doctors who are reputable in Cancun? Thanks for your help!
  22. Hello All, Looking for advice on cheaper options. Back about 4-5 years ago I had my first transplant done by Dr. Bradley Limmer in San Antonio Texas. I do not recall the exact amount of grafts but I think it was 800-1100. In any event I am considering another surgery within the next 24 months. While I enjoyed Dr Limmer's process there were some follicles which didn't take. He said that he would fix it for me but as you may, or may not know, he has has passed. Now his practice was sold to another doctor, she agreed to do something as well, but I want to explore other options first. Thus I am looking for a cheaper alternative. Does anyone know of a cheaper reputable doctor either in the US or outside? He was one of the most affordable ones back then. Is this a safe approach to consider cheaper alternatives? Also, are there any doctors who are reputable in Cancun? Thanks for your help!

  24. Hi Guys, I'm new to this forum, 26 years old and living in Seattle. I'm planning to have a HT in a month or so. (Before I lose the rest of my hair) But till now, I have not chosen a physician and I need your help and feedback on the following doctors in Seattle area: - Dr. Brian O. Goertz - Dr. E. Antonio Mangubat - Dr. Daniel Berg I have seen only Dr. Brian Goertz, he is a nice person. But for me, good personality doesn't always imply good quality in work. He suggested that I take 1,800 grafts for $ 8,200. I don't know if this is a good price or not. I actually have no experience in the HT thing what so ever, but it seems a bit expensive!! And I have another appointment with Dr. Antonio Mangubat and will meet him today. But I'm really confused and don't know if I should also schedule another appointment with the third guy. I know many of you guys would recommend Hasson & Wong in Vancouver. But for me, I can't leave the states and go to Canada for about 1 year from now (Visa Issues). So, Hasson & Wong is out of the scope. Please let me know if any of you guys have any experience with any of the above three physicians, and how was it? I have decided to do the HT before the end of the year, no matter what, because I started feeling really bad about the way my hair is all gone. But at the same time, I would really appreciate your help guys if you assist me in choosing the right doctor. Which one of the three should I go with??
  25. Today’s case originally presented to my office in late 2011. At that time he was noted on exam to be thinning across a Norwood pattern five with a significant amount of 1 inch long miniaturized hairs in his bridge region. He had a reasonable anteriorly located frontal tuft remaining and behind it and in front of his mid bridge region he was covered with minute villous hairs that provided very little coverage. The first set of 3 photos show how he initially presented. At this time I chose to place him on full medical management. He remained on Propecia, Rogaine, Biotin and a dandruff shampoo for 9 months without any significant change. So while his original presentation offered hope of seeing a response to medical management, we never saw any positive progress and the patient chose to move forward with transplantation. In the summer of 2012 we performed a case of ultra refined follicular unit micro grafting to address his anterior bridge region, reconnecting his existing frontal tuft with his mid bridge region. We used a little over 1500 grafts to connect these two regions. Shown are his immediate post op photos as well as his 9 month post op photos. Both the patient and I are pleased with the progress we have made. He has remained committed to medical management and combined with transplanting the medically resistant area now presents with a relatively full looking head of hair sans the weakness on his crown that was not transplanted / resistant to medications. Dr. Brad Limmer
