Hair loss within the crown was stable, with clearly defined margins of strong native hair surrounding the affected area. The thinning was localised and not actively spreading, making the crown an isolated treatment zone. Given the patient’s age, stability of hair loss and well-defined borders, surgical intervention to the crown was considered appropriate. Procedure performed: FUE hair transplant Surgeon: Dr Vara Total grafts transplanted: 1,953 follicular units Graft breakdown: • Single-hair follicular units: 210 • Double-hair follicular units: 1,054 • Triple-hair follicular units: 689 Grafts were placed within the crown to restore density and recreate a natural whorl pattern, with attention to directional control and balanced distribution to optimise cosmetic coverage. Treatment objective: Restoration of localised crown thinning with natural whorl recreation in the context of stable, isolated hair loss. Medical therapy: Patient is not currently on medical therapy.

The Treatment Rooms, London | Dr Fernando | 2198 FUE Grafts | Frontal Third & Mid-Scalp

https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/77924-the-treatment-rooms-london-dr-fernando-2198-fue-grafts-frontal-third-mid-scalp/?do=findComment&comment=837337

Thanks Davies.

The Treatment Rooms, London | Dr Fernando | 2187 FUE Grafts | Age-Appropriate Hairline Restoration

https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/77988-the-treatment-rooms-london-dr-fernando-2187-fue-grafts-age-appropriate-hairline-restoration/?do=findComment&comment=836441

Case Summary Male patient in his 30s presenting with androgenetic alopecia affecting the frontal zone, seeking restoration of an age-appropriate hairline. Donor capacity was assessed as limited, requiring careful long-term planning and efficient graft allocation. Planning prioritised long-term durability and conservation of donor supply. Treatment objective: Age-appropriate frontal restoration with efficient donor management in the context of limited donor capacity. A lot of the emphasis is on careful planning and thoughtful graft placement rather than simply increasing numbers. When the donor area is used efficiently and density is built in the right zones using the appropriate hair groupings, you can often achieve strong cosmetic impact without using big numbers. Of course hair characteristics come into play and this patient had an amazing donor. Long-term thinking is always part of the approach at the clinic.

The Treatment Rooms, London | Dr Vara | 2278 FUE Grafts | Hairline & Crown Restoration

https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/77925-the-treatment-rooms-london-dr-vara-2278-fue-grafts-hairline-crown-restoration/?do=findComment&comment=836087

Thank you. In this case, grafts were split between the hairline (946) and crown/mid-scalp (1,332) based on where they would create the greatest visual density. Selective placement of thicker calibre hairs was used to maximise coverage, allowing efficient use of the donor area and better long-term planning, as most patients do not have sufficient donor supply for dense coverage everywhere.

The Treatment Rooms, London | Dr Vara | 2148 FUE Grafts | Hairline & Mid-Scalp Restoration

https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/77940-the-treatment-rooms-london-dr-vara-2148-fue-grafts-hairline-mid-scalp-restoration/?do=findComment&comment=835939

Case Summary Male patient in his 40s presenting with androgenetic alopecia affecting the frontal hairline and extending into the mid-scalp.
