One question about genetics for experts: I got the hair characteristics from my father like curly hair, nearly afro american. no otherone in my family has this kind of hair. Also the hairline is nearly like my fathers. So do you think i will get the same hairloss as he got. He is 60 now and is a beginning NW3 now.

Are there some people out there taking Fin with a NW2? only hairloss in the templearea? Do you have good results with it or some negative things because some people talk about getting worse in the front with Fin? Please tell me your experiences!

I heard of problems with fue method with afroamerican hair. Is it possible to get a good result with fue and strong curly hair nearly like shaggy?

When i started to take fin, after 1 month i lost a lot more hair than normal. Maybe this was a positive shedding. But most people talk about a shedding phase after 3 month after starting fin. So shedding after 1 month is it normal and a good sign or does the drug not fit to my body like an allergic reaction??? I heard of the following thing which can happen to some fin users, it?‚??s called hypoandrogenicity and then you should stop to take fin. So what do the experts think?? "Hypoandrogenicity This is a still relatively unknown phenomena but a small percentage of men seem to react negatively to the effects of the Propecia. In some men this can lead to an oily skin and an increase in hair loss. This is not normal and if you have experienced these effects from the beginning and they do not resolve themselves after a few weeks you should see a physician. are you guys sure, dr. cole only uses 1mm? i think he also uses 0.75mm depending on the grafts.

i have my appointment in 2,5 month, not being on propecia now. i will do the ht in march, not able to wait longer but i want to start with propecia, what do you recommend to start with propecia? Now, so 2,5 month before Ht? One month before the HT? Or wait until the appointment day or a few days before, or after the ht?

yes prior to surgery i will treat it that i have no plaques on skin. and the first 10 days i will not apply any cortison cream on it but maybe afterwards it thought when can i apply it, in the case of inflammed areas due to psoriasis? but maybe a oral cortison would be the right thing which also reduces swelling?

i searched for a year, had enough online consultans in that time but i was told in the end that mwamba is the best in fue. now in this forum people recommend other docs but i?‚??m in this forum since 2 weeks or so. i only ask because people here recommend some others that?‚??s the only thing.

thanks bverotti, is it a true story? you had psoriasis and it?‚??s gone since your ht? normally i could imagine it gets worse but if its possible to stop it with ht, then wonderful. but my question was when i can apply cortisone on it. you work for prohairclinic, can you ask the docs?

I have a mild psoriasis, can i use cortison cream in the area where the grafts are placed? If yes, when after the ht? For sure only in the case if some psoriasis plaques appear after the hair transplant? I heard of cortisone tabletts which are used to reduce the swelling after hairtransplant. Maybe this would be a better option to reduce psoriasis plaques after irritation on the scalp?
