  1. His work seems to speak for him alone, but knowing that he is recommended by and was trained by Dr. Beehner certainly makes it easy to give a confident thumbs up!
  2. Thinking2, Best of luck with your research. You're in the right place. As far as the strip scar goes, unless you are really thin in the donor area, it just isn't noticeable. Most HT recipients have enough cover in the donor area to hide the scar. However, if your genetic tendency is to go completely bald at some point, the scar will then be visible. Panama Jimmy
  3. Roy, I order from http://www.canadadrugs.com and they require that you email or fax a subscription. A doctor gave me this website! I wouldn't trust a site that doesn't require a prescription and that has prices WAY lower than other sources. If its too good to be true......... Panama Jimmy

  5. Garageland, Excellent results! I hope you enjoyed Vancouver. I'm from that neck of the woods and really love that city. When the sun is out it is spectacular. Thanks for posting! Panama Jimmy
  6. Hero, Also, many are using Nizoral shampoo along with Rogaine and Propecia. If you are going to go all the way and just accept the minor inconvenience, that would give you the best results. Good Luck! Panama Jimmy
  7. DCHR, Lots of info for you. Good job by getting on this forum and asking questions! As long as you are going to commit to a Hair Transplant, and you show the typical balding pattern, I feel it is worth the risk of any side effects to use finasteride. I believe the generic finasteride is just as good as Propecia, and you can order it here for the best prices I could find: http://www.canadadrugs.com If you can wait until you are 30 or so, your chances of having long term success with a Hair Transplant will only increase, as the pattern will be more evident and a good doctor will be able to effectively estimate where the hairline should go. Best of Luck! Panama Jimmy
  8. Robin, Thanks for sharing :-) For a patient with fine hair, that is a nice hairline that filled in! Panama Jimmy
  9. myeddula51, Have you taken a look at Dr. Madhu's work? Since he is in India, it would make sense to start with Dr. Madhu. Although forum members can always speculate, the best advice source is to go straight to one of the recommended doctors. You definitely have good density, which is a huge advantage! Best of Luck, Panama Jimmy
  10. User_B I only see pics from four months post surgery on your Hair Loss Website. Please post photos for us so we can give better feedback. Thanks, Panama Jimmy
  11. ions, Nothing against homeopathic medicine. On this forum we're pretty focused on results and documentation from multiple sources over time, but the test you point out is worth noting. It would be cool if you documented it and got some results. Maybe you would change some minds? It can't hurt to try. Panama Jimmy
  12. Mick, Yes, looks like great coverage for the number of grafts. A very natural looking forelock grew in! Please keep us posted on the 2nd round, as it looks like he'd be an excellent candidate for further work. Panama Jimmy
  13. Dr. Lindsey, Looks good! Amazing this guy golfed in a tournament the next day!! Not advisable, but a nice testament to what you could do if you wanted immediately following an HT ;-) Panama Jimmy
  14. Atif, It would help to know your age, but yes, it appears you have a typical pattern that would give you enough donor follicles to work on your crown and front. The last photo of the back of your head makes it tough to tell if a strip would work best. If not, FUE may be an option. Both Ferudini and Devroye do excellent work. I encourage you to consult with both of them and also reach out to others on the forum who have had work done by these doctors. Also, it would be great if you would start a hair blog with photos so we can see your progression once you choose the right doctor. Best of Luck! Panama Jimmy
