  1. I understand this to be normal by my doctor and could go on for months. Neosporin can help with this.
  2. This always seems to be from people who have a head full of hair. I have never had another bald person give me grief and I'm 40. Been losing my hair since 21. I like the ones who tell me I'm vain. My usual response is "...and you're obviously not."
  3. I just did 3000 or so grafts about 2 weeks ago and went back to work a week after. Nobody noticed anything and I work in a white-collar environment (can't wear a hat) and work directly with about 200 people. I feel that you should not change anything with your appearance post-op (like some guys do with shaving and the such) as to only draw more attention to yourself. I think this is more of an issue with people you might not see on a regular basis then the ones you do everyday. Using the sun burn approach or that you hit your head on something is good too.
  4. I'm about 2 weeks post-op myself and experience the same along with some itching. This is all normal (according to documentation I have from my doctor) and should last for about a month. You can use over-the-counter hydrocortisone creme or lotion to help with this.
  5. I have documentation from Dr. Limmer that states 7 days post-op you can do this. Contact me via email if you want a copy of this paper work.
  6. I paid $3.23 per graft for 3000 FUT on July 10th and 11th of 2006 with Dr. Brad Limmer in San Antonio, TX. Dr. Limmer is a coalition member on this site.
