  1. hi, The site seems good. You can try any herbal treatments as they don't harm or have any side-effects.

  4. hi, A balanced diet is very important for generally maintaining a good hair. A diet is supposed to be bad for hair. So if in your diet you include a balance of all the vitamins, I see no reason for you to take supplements. Well, I'm of the opinion to use as much natural products and foods as possible for any kind of problem.
  5. hi, I feel the pool water is very harmful for hair. But there is no much choice pool caps and all are also not much helpful.
  6. Hi, I have tried a couple of shampoos which are available in the market(I would not like to mention the brand) These shampoos were very strong and harsh on my hair. I started experiencing a lot of hair fall after regular use of those shampoos, I kept changing my shampoos too.I have had such a bad experience from these shampoos which make tall claim in their advertisement. Since then I have been using shampoos made from natural products. They don't harm the hair they are not too strong or harsh on the hair. They give a great bounce and improve texture of the hair. Since they are natural I'm not scared of any ill effects which they will have on my hair.
  7. Hi, I would suggest you to go for some natural treatments to prevent hair loss along with your other medication too. There are several natural treatments which cure the hair loss problem if taken regularly. These treatments do take some time to show results but they definitely do show results.
  8. Hi, An extremely good cure for dandruff is curd. Curd is to be applied on the scalp and left for 1 hour after that wash your hair with a good shampoo. Curd makes the hair dandruff free and it also works as a natural conditioner. It gives a silky look to your hair. Regular use of curd on the hair gives very good results. I have been applying curd once a week since 6 months and it's given me great results.
  9. Hi, I would suggest instead of going for multivitamin pills, it would be better to substitute with that particular food. Like for e.g. if you are lacking in iron so might as well eat a diet rich in spinach and green vegetables rather that eat vitamin capsules and make your body use to them. Sashi
  10. Hi, I am a new member to the forum. But I would just like to add my experience too. I was also going for a HT but my doctors too stopped me to go in for a HT as they said you are just 20, so you try on some other methods of hair restoration rather then go for HT. So I guess even I need to wait for some years before the doctors allow me for HT. Till them I am taking a herbal treatment for hair loss, which is easy and with no side-effects. sashi sashi_sarda@yahoo.com
