  1. Hi M&M, did Dr. Ron shave the old hairline to add new grafts or did he move down with the new 1100 grafts??? The work looks very good as usual...!
  2. So unfortunately I can't give you an accurate answer to your question. I would say that very few patients qualify for the extra dense packing. I would guess that 1%-5% of our patients qualify for extra dense packing. We end up planting grafts at densities of 40 to 50 FU/sqcm in many of our patients, but I can't give you a percentage.Dr. Paul Dr. Armani and Dr. Rahal consistently dense pack the hairlines of their patients, both make their incisions with needles. Is it much more difficult for you to plant 70+ grafts/cm?? than 40-50? And what do you think about needles to go over 60 or 70 grafts/cm' It would be very interesting for many people to see final results from SMG with dense packed (65+) hairlines...!?!?!
  3. Additional to my first question (hairs vs. FU's) I would like to know how many percent of your patients did you treated with dense packing like this example? And is it possible to see more photos from SMG with dense packed hairlines!?!?! Thank you in advance...
  4. This is a very informative thread, but when you describe the DONOR DENSITY with 106 and 80 hairs in the pictures you mean FU's, right?
  5. How did Dr. Rahal remove the grafts? If it was FUE what does he say about little scars?
  6. Hi baxter, did Dr. Paul work the hairline once or in both surgeries? It's looks absolutely natural, congratulations!
  7. It's me MP96 is talking about. I'm from germany, got 500 minigrafts in 2006 and started to remove these grafts with electro epilation. In three sessions we removed about 200 grafts, some grafts need a second or third therapy to die and fall out. The root of a hair gets an electrical impulse which makes them desolate. In my case it worked very well!
  8. Do you have any updated pics? That would be great!
  9. I thought that's common for every good surgeon to select the 1 hair grafts and the finest 1 hair grafts to put them into the hairline, isn't it?
  10. I'm from Germany and don't have the chance to meet a Shapiro patient live. But I need instantly a repair. What can I do?
  11. Has anyone on this forum experience with Dr. Bisanga from BHR Clinic in Brussels? My favorit is Dr. Ron Shapiro, but he only offers the strip-technique. A natural hairline with many ultrafine caliber hairs in the front is the most important fact for me. The following link shows some results from Dr. Bisanga. I'm happy about every answer, meaning and idea...! http://s156.photobucket.com/albums/t23/BHRClinic/ Thank you in advance.

  13. I guess that with plenty donor the doctor can dense pack the hairline and has not to mind wheter the donor has enough reserve or not...!?! Today I saw the first time in my life a patient from Dr. Hasson, he is 15 month post op. Really really amazing and exactly the result I wanted to have when I had my surgery in 2006. Unfortunately my result was bullsh...
  14. A unspectacular but for me most important question is if the results are undetecable, in sunlight as well as under neon light? A member of a german forum told me that he is able to detect every HT no matter which doctor made the surgery. I'm happy about every comment...
