  1. Thanks Richie, i haven't been able to update my blog on here cause i changed my email address and forgot my password, but on hlh i have shown my 2 year update. If Bill would be able to change my email address and kindly sort out this for me i would be happy to update my blog on here.
  2. Hi Spex, thanks for making me the top of your list, i never knew you cared To the opening poster who made the statement 'you can get a good h/t in the uk' please back up a statement like this with the facts. I have been on forums for over 3 years now and i have only seen a handfull (which surely means five or less)of people who have been pleased with their hts that have been done in the UK. This is why i didn't even consider the farjo clinic, so where are all these happy customers? It is not good enough to say they don't want to post their results. Nobody at h&w forced me to post my photos but i followed the whole thing through from 1 month pics right up to now at 2 years....why because i wanted the document the whole procedure for myself as well as helping other people in my situation (butchered 3 times in the UK)form an honest opinion of my ht with h&w. Until i see further improvement and a wealth of Farjo and Rogers patients posting good results i can only advise people to travel if they want a good h/t.
  3. Yes without a doubt, his hair looks so much better in season 2 than it did it season 1. Great actor and fantastic series aswell.
  4. Excellent pics and result faceless or not so faceless anymore! All the best for your upcoming procedure
  5. Richie, thanks for the honest pics a big improvement already.I am quite amazed how well you have responded to meds are you on propecia or avodart?
  6. My Norton scar is well below the hump....hence it has given me the right hump. They obviously haven't read any manuals on hair transplants.
  7. Hi Bill, i think i am out of donor, the only work i think i will do is scar revision or some fue into existing scars. The few grafts this may yield i would put into my hairline. Navraj, nice to meet you aswell, good luck with whatever you decide, all the best to you.
  8. Hi Bill, thanks for the interest i have updated my site with some old 8 month pics, my current pics can be seen at the jolly boys outing. I will do another full update when i reach my 1 year milestone. Good growth to you my friend
  9. Thanks Kazoo, it was nice to meet you aswell good luck with whatever you decide, all the pics of the day are up on the photo album section.
  10. Ok guys, we had our regular get together yesterday in London thats Spassky, Malster and myself, we were joined by two thoroughly nice newbies during the course of the day, unfortunately some people couldn't make it down at the last minute. Had a great time again seeing the guys we started at 3pm for a good few beers and then had a chinese meal and onto a bar crawl and finished up around 9pm. Progress reports on Malster is that he is growing his hair soo long he looks like Kevin Keegan did when he played for Liverpool in the 80's, hair looks great and has thickened up a lot, Spassky's hair also looks great especially as he has got it quite short at present. Below are the pics, its a shame to block out the faces as we are such good looking guys!!!!

  16. Hi Bill, thanks for your interest, i am 10 months today, i did take some 8 month pics but didn't update my blog on this site, i will do that asap. Things are good, i am happy with the way my hair is coming along, i get lots of have you lost weight, you look really good comments at the moment (which is nice), people can't quite put their finger on my change, i have grown back my sideburns as i think they now suit me again and put this down to my change of look. I am not going to do a 10 month update but at the London meet i will be nearly 11 months and plan to bring my camera with me.
  17. Hi Guys, you are welcome to join us at anytime you like, please remember it is just a few guys meeting up for beers and sharing stories, nothing more nothing less. Hairworthy and Spex would be great to see both you there. Johnno, where are you coming down from? we will all be getting a train home as we live not too far from London, if you are going to stay in London then try a holiday inn or travel lodge. Navraj good to see you there aswell. Spassky knows London better than me i will ask him for a good meeting place and advise all soon.
  18. Hi Johnno, please see the thread i have just made, we are meeting up on the 26th April in London, start around 3pm, join us when you can, be good see another ex Norton patient, if good is the right phrase!
  19. Spassky, Malster an I will be meeting up in London on the 26th of April its a Thursday for a few beers, we have done this a couple of times before and it is all good fun.Despite the fact we are all patients of Hasson And Wong it would be really good to meet patients of other clinics, or any newbies considering getting work done, so anyone who is available that day or evening (we start at about 3pm and continue until late) and who wants to come along, please post on this thread or send me a pm. For your info by 26th april i will be 11 months post op 4850 grafts repair patient, Malster will be 11 months post op 6700 grafts and Spassky will be 13 months out 4000 grafts. Lets hope to see some patients of Dr Feller, Armani, Cole, Rahal, Rogers and some other clinics, this is not a showcase its a few guys getting together for some beers to talk about their experiences good or bad. Look forward to hearing from you PS i have given plenty of notice so i no excuses please!!

  21. Hi Johnno, i can give you a rough idea how many grafts are transplanted, it will be very interesting for me to see how Norton's work looks in this day and age bearing in mind it was 9-10 years since i went there. You can check out my hair and i will answer any questions you have, you will also be able to meet Malster, Spassky who both post on hlh and London Lad who posts on here, and hopefully some patients of other clinics. I will arrange the details nearer the time and give all plenty of notice. I hope you transplant works out ok for you, the only thing you can do is get it done right next time, Dr Hasson will look after you
  22. Hi Johnno, sorry to hear about your Norton experience, i too was done over by them twice, got less grafts than what was quoted, bad scarring, pitting and left with unnatural growth. My story is on my blog with lots of pics. If you want to meet up with some ht patients in the UK, the jolly boys are having an outing in London in April, i am trying to get as many people together this time round from as many clinics as possible, let me know if you are interested.
  23. Hi Receding rearguard, sounds like me when i used to play in defence for my football team, just saw this post i organised the H&W UK meet up, it was 3 patients, Spassky, Malster and myself, it was just a few guys meeting for several beers in London, we will meet up again but wasn't planning now until April when we will all be 1 year approx. If you are interested send me a pm, i will organise the next one in advance so we get some better numbers. By the way it wasn't just for H&W patients it was for anyone, just worked out that way.
  24. Hi Bill, yes what you say is very true...and of course i know all this, you get greedy and impatient and want the results here and now.I am confident of the best result i could of possibly got, it already looks way better than it did 6 months ago and judging by the texture of alot of the new hairs that are coming in i believe i will have a good amount of thickening up to do. I really think this is my last shot, i just don't have the donor to do anymore, if i have scar revision then that might get me a few grafts to put here and there,so i don't have the luxury like a lot of guys to think 'oh well next time round i will go for more density here and there'. Good growth to you Bill, your results are going to be awesome. Woo Hoo! i've got my link to my blog working again
  25. Hi guys, good post Saf, Martin and Saf have both been to see Dr Feller, Saf is now about 6 months out and i think Martin is 5 months. I can only agree with what saf has said about the Norton clinic just look at my pics to see the kind of work they turn out. Pat, i have just updated my 6 month pics in a photo album in the other section if you guys want to see how i am getting along.
