Im 3 and 1/2 months post op. For the past few days a little section of my scar seemed irritated and raised a bit. I think it was from brushing my hair too aggressively. Well today i was checking it out and tapping it and all of sudden. it started to bleed and a bit of puss came out. After squeezing all the blood and puss out, the scar flattened a bit. Does anyone know why this mightve happen. Will this affect how my scar heals?

im 3 an 1/2 month post op and im still growing my back. give it sometime.

Hey repo. I used mederma a day after I took my stitches out. Im not sure if I heal good or if its the mederma but it seems to be working good so far. Im 31 days post op and it feels as the scar is starting to smooth out little by little. I mean its worth a try.

the purpose of me getting the transplant was to restore my hairline but really the temporal areas. I like my transplanted hairline but its shedding in my temporal area. Thats why I want to know if its ok to cut my hairline into a straight line because the corners are more like a C. Get me or am I explaining it wrong? So ur saying at day 26 it wouldnt matter even if i shaved my whole head bald? It wont affect the transplanted hairs right?

yea i think so. I would use dermatch in the meantime and see if i could hold off a lil while longer. but 4000 looks like a great number.

how long does it take for the internal sutures to dissolve?

yea i got internal sutures. Could that be the cause of the bumpiness?
