It's hard for me to believe it's true. It's a radio commercial for a product that claims to stop hair growth, so you don't need ever need to get a haircut. My question is does it also effect hair loss? Has anyone heard of this? It's called Permanent Haircut and it's made by this company called RanchCorp.
