  1. Besides the fact that you'll be healthier and look good to the women, you also won't have worry about falling over when you're trying to put your shoes on, and you'll also be able to walk up the stairs without it seeming like you just went through a marathon. Seriously though, working out and staying in shape definitely makes you feel better about yourself. I always get a great sense of accomplishment after I finish my work out. You'll also have alot more energy for various activities, like ones that might involve you and a woman. Last but not least, you'll keep yourself looking younger.
  2. I've been using Propecia and Rogaine foam for about a month and a half now, and I still see some fallout, but it does seem like it's getting less and less. So hopefully it will stop completely. My question is for guys who grew frontal hair, mainly around the hairline area, using Propecia and Rogaine foam. I was just wondering when you first noticed it and how it looked when it started growing? I was inspecting my hairline, which has always looked like it was receding, but is definitely getting worse nowadays and I noticed what appeared to be hair regrowing in the front and side hairline region. My hair in the front has always been a light blonde color, so it makes it harder to see, but it almost looks like I guess what some might call peach fuzz, I'd actually say it looks a little longer than just fuzz though. I was just wondering if that's how your hair looked when it started to regrow, or if I'm just getting excited for no reason? Also, there's definitely more than just a few hairs.
  3. Good, now I can get the armpit hair HT I've been wanting.
  4. Although Propecia is mainly used to keep the hair you have from falling out, there are people who have regrown some of the hair they've lost when using Propecia combined with rogaine. When using Propecia, you'll shed some hair, but it should grow back stronger. Using Propecia and Rogaine together works really well for some in regrowing hair, but for others only stabilizes the hair loss, which isn't a bad thing either. I have read posts about people having some sexual side effects from Propecia. I've been taking Propecia for about a month and a half and I'll admit, when I first started taking it, my testicles got pretty sore and it didn't seem like I was having as good of an orgasm.(sorry if that's a little too much info, but I'm letting people know what it can do). I started cutting the pills in half, and then started taking them every other day till the pain in my testicles subsided, and now I'm back on my full dosage everyday. So for me, the side affects did subside, I guess my body just needed to adjust to the drug.
  5. If you said you still have a good amount of hair on the top, I would start using propecia to help keep that hair. I'm not sure, but usually if you start losing your hair on the sides, then the top is soon to follow.
  6. I know there's a chance propecia can cause certain sexual side affects such as lowered sperm count or erectile disfunction. I was just wondering who on here has experienced this problem and did it go back to normal once you stopped taking propecia? I'm 25(almost 26) and told my Mom that I was starting to take Propecia and today she called me freaking out and saying she doesn't want me taking it because she read about how some of the side affects are irreversible. Are the sexual side affects irreversible? Also, if I were to get any side affects from Propecia, within the time I start taking it, when would I start noticing the side affects if I were to get any?
  7. All these stories are getting me pumped for an HT. I just started the propecia and rogaine 5% today, but if that doesn't work and I need an HT at least your stories will get me psyched to get one.
  8. Wow, that looks really good. Definitely some great work by Dr. Konior. I can't believe how thick your hair came back in, looks great. I just started taking propecia today and will start the Rogaine 5% foam shortly. I'm in the early stages of thinning so I'm hoping this will stave off anymore lost hair and hopefully the rogaine will thicken it up a bit more. If I do get to the point that I need an HT I'll definitely be visiting Dr. Konior.
  9. I'm sure a lot of you have, but has anyone ever gotten paranoid about what your co-workers, friends, and other people who see you day to day would think after you got your hair transplant. I'm guessing the desire to have your hair helps you overcome this feeling.
  10. Thanks for your responses guys, they were very helpful. I have one more question. If I were to use the Nizoral or Revita along with the Propecia and Rogaine, how often should I use the Nizoral or Revita? Is that an everyday thing?
  11. I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I have to say I'm very happy I've found this forum. I've definitely gained a lot of information from everyone who posts on here within the last few days of reading the posts. Although it sucks to be losing hair it's nice to know I'm not alone and advances towards hair restoration are being made all the time. On to my question. I recently decided to consult a dermotologist so I can get a prescription for propecia. I also just ordered some of the Rogaine 5% foam on-line. My hair isn't terrible yet, but it is definitely starting to thin on top. I'm hoping the propecia will halt the thinning and the Rogaine will thicken my scalp up a bit more. I've read a little about Nizoral, and I was wondering what exactly it does and how it benefits hair restoration? Thanks in advance for any help.
