  1. I would contact the two clinics you listed in North Carolina and explain to them you are a student and on a budget. After that has been established, tell them you have a flexible schedule and can fill a canceled appointment when it becomes available especially if you live close they will really appreciate that! Also tell them they can use your pics pre-op/post-op on the internet and in their catalog of pictures at the clinic. If you offer those things hopefully you'll be able to get them down to $3(maybe less) per graft, or $7500 for the surgery. And if you don't have a flexible schedule, or are apprehensive about using pics on the net....Make it happen anyways as if this is important to you then don't let those be obstacles, especially if the alternative is Nuhart.
  2. I think this guy has a good reputation, id utilize the search function on this forum. I checked the photobucket site and I noticed that on the before pictures there was a harsh light pointing directly at the thinning area (you can see the light reflecting off the patients foreheads) and then the after pics are in regular room lighting. Also the angles of the heads are different in some of the before and afters.
  3. You'll must likely have to travel outside of NOLA. Don't even bother going to that clinic you linked to.
  4. A question for those that have had a hair transplant. What density of grafts per square inch did you receive, and how do you feel about the coverage that it provided? Do you wish you'd gone with more or less density afterwards? Is there much of a cosmetic different between, as an example, 50 grafts/2cm as opposed to 80 grafts/2cm? Cheers, Instinct

  6. I've read that many doctors offer discounts for people with flexible schedules who are able to fill in for a canceled appointment. Has anyone done this? What type of discount (on average) would leading doctors be willing to give for an individual who can come in and fill a canceled appointment. Cheers, Instinct

  8. Carl Bazan is arrested for Fraud and he's still recommended on hairsite.com, which is kinda weird. I've done the research, there's only one legit DR in latin america doing HT. He's recommended on this site...and he's roughly the same price as top surgeons in the states.
  9. Does anyone have any opinions about her multi-graft dispenser? Has anyone seen any results of her HT with or without this tool? Pictures or in RL Any other opinions about her or her work? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks! Instinct1
