hmm, well I started taking finasteride one month ago and I have no cecrease in sexual drive and im "only" 29. However what worries me is the temporary increase in hair loss. My hair loss is at the temples only and it has started to get worse since I started using... BR, ME

Hi, Does Propencia (Finasteride) also work for hairloss at the temples? I have started taking Finasteride for 1 week and I am experiencing lots af hairloss. This is not a good feeling, since I am taking the drug to grow hair, not lose it. However I have been reading that this is quite normal. Male pattern hairloss: Does this only relate to the crown? So the question remains, does it help for hairloss at the temples.. ? Thanks, Michael

I am also freaking out.. I just started using it (one week) and every time i take s shower I can see that I am shedding a ridiculous amount of hair... I am 29 years old. Just cant adjust my mindset to believing that losing hair is good for my hair growth? Also I would like to know if taking the drug will affect muscle growth? I go to the gym 2-3 days a week and I do not want to lose any muscle?
