  1. Phil have you posted a preset reply maybe? Do you really think I have time to lose by posting defaming comments in hundred of forums with different username? I am a member of 2 hair loss forums only. That'all! And why should I be interested in defaming the name of Bisanga? On the contrary I am just showing publicly the result of his job.. Because privately I didn't get his attention! Just to clarify with Bill: this is my genuine experience, the last time I have been in contact with the clinic was on Tue, 28 Apr 2009, before I started posting on this forum. They have never been in contact with me after, they didn't reply to my 2 last previous emails (Sun, 3 May 2009 and Fri, 21 Aug 2009) I can post a copy of it if you like! Maybe they are confusing me with some other unhappy customer? By the way, Paddy for sure 'the additional 500 would have probably filled the gap' but before the surgery myself, the doctor and the consultant we worked together a more conservative hairline. I asked for 2600 grafts because, as explained by their ex consultant Nicola 'with 2600 grafts it is possible that the hair line design will be just a little bit more conservative than what has been drawn during the consultation' On the contrary, only 2536 grafts were transplanted at the end! Even less then what I requested!!! Thus I infer that for the clinic this was the hair grafts needed to reach an optimal result?!?!?! As I told to the clinic I budgeted 2600 grafts but I have always been available to listen to their advices. But no one during the surgery told me that an higher number of grafts would have been necessary. And what I am asking to the clinic is that they recognize the error and refund the charges I will have to afford for a new surgery. I have paid 9.500?‚¬ for this surgery, if they really want to meet me (I already sent them enough pictures to judge) why don't they send me at least a free train ticket to Brussels... don't you think so? What the clinic offered instead was 'to try and accomodate within the boundaries of reality any future hair transplant you may want or need in respect of the finances and you being a returning patient and showing a degree of loyalty to us, and assumed being happy with our work' But the only fact we are talking about a new possible surgery, not even 6 months after the first one, makes me believe that something went wrong: maybe the transplant, maybe the consultation or maybe both of them... And sorry if I am diffident with them but will anybody allow to a construction company that made your house collapse, to rebuild the same house with the same technique...? Cheers Luca
  2. Hello guys, I am one of the Bisanga 's victims. I have had a fue surgery last November and this is the result: I'm struggling to make him recognize his bad job quality. But I am still waiting for the answer to the last email sent 10 days ago. Is there anyone else complaining about his "qualities"? Please let me know, so together we can try to make our voices heard. cheers
  3. are you guys serious? how can you say it is definitely a good job?! worthy 9500?‚¬????!!
  4. actually I did...but he replied not to be worried, it will be fixed by the time! Bisanga & co always give the same answer: it is early now to have a judgment and bla bla bla.. and trust me it is not easy where you have 2days of anesthetic in your blood to argue and fight. the only think you like in that moment is to be free and sleep .
  5. yes it is like you build a bridge and you forgot to put the access ramp too! the bridge will be strong enough and resist to 1000 cars but no one can access to it! Yes I can fix it but the only way is to undertake a new surgery??¦.planning for 2 weeks of leave, paying for transportation, hotel etc. And all of this could have been avoided if Bisanga had planned the surgery correctly on the first time
  6. Ok Bill, I will post a photo album soon and I will be really happy to let Dr Bisanga giving his feedback and explanations cause so far his answers have been so poor. Just to clarify, I never asked for free grafts. His assistant in the pre op instruction wrote me that the doctor, during the surgery can ask permission to the patient to put some extra grafts and, eventually, he will put them for free to obtain a good result. but this was not my case! With 2600 grafts I only chose a more conservative hair line design in order to save hairs in my donor area for further surgery. I hope he did not left that bald area on purpose hoping that one day I will come back to him for a further surgery... Ps: can fine attached the consultation sheet where you can read the number of grafts required according to Dr. Bisanga cheers L
  7. and this is a picture taken 2 days ago with my cell phone. bad quality but the gap between the 2 areas is visible! are still thinking Bisanga is a good doctor? maybe he is...but not in this case! should you require any further pictures just ask.
  8. hi all...as requested here a picture of my post op where you can see the bald area just behind the transplanted zone. as you can see Bisanga "forgot" to put same grafts.
  9. yes TC you are probably right but I've never written in a blog before. Basically his answer is that we planned a number of grafts not adequate for covering the complete area... during the consultation he suggested me to put 2500 to 3000 grafts, (obviously the only difference would have been the front line, more or less conservative) I choose 2600 grafts. Moreover we agreed on the fact that in case an higher number of grafts is needed for having the best result possible, the doctor can decide to ask for my approval, or even put it for free. (I can show you the email if you like)! Finally he put even less grafts: just 2536. the doctor (actually his assistant) answers to my complain letters with very long emails explaining in details the FUE tecnique etc etc...but nothing concrete. and that's all guys. do you think I can undertake any legal action against his claims considering he is in Belgium and I am abroad? thanks Luca
  10. yep...I attach another picture taken the day after the surgery. the pics clearly show that I was thin back there prior to surgery
  11. a new picture taken 2 days ago with my cell phone... not so good quality but can still see what Bisanga has (not) been able to do!
  12. Hi Swagger, no incisions have been done by Bisanga in that area. have a look at this picture I took the day after the surgery. the back hair in that picture are a bit "long" and they cover the bald area. but if you zoom a bit you can see the pink scalp. I exposed immediately my concern to the doctor, he replied me to be patient.(and trust me with the anesthesia in your blood you don't feel so willing to complain .-)) then one month ago I sent him updated pictures, he was able to tell me to let my hair grow in order to cover the "holes". I think you can agree with me that If I have to let hair grow to comb my hair over the bald spot I could have done it before, and I would never have undertaken this surgery and saved 9.500?‚¬ cheers (just to be clear, we planned for 2600 hair and more if necessary, Bisanga even put less grafts that what forecasted. Thus I infer that for him this was the hair grafts needed to reach an optimal result...)
  13. Hi Franklin, This is not the problem of letting hair grow or not. I don't think that hair will magically re-grow in a bald area. look at this picture, it is of bad quality but you can see the gap there is between the transplanted and original hair... I think you can agree with me that If I have to let hair grow to comb my hair over the bald spot I could have done it before, and I would never have undertaken this surgery and saved 9.500?‚¬ cheers Luca
  14. be carefull to bisanga.I have had a 2500fue surgery with him 6 months ago and i'm not completely satistied.I have a bald area just behind the front transplanted area because he didnt insert any grafts there. (we planned for an higer mumber of grafts but Bisanga decided to use a less number of grafs). As a result my scalp is not uniform.I esposed the problem to the clinic and they replied me to let the hair grew to fill the gap!?!?!i think could have done it even before the surgery...saving 9500euros if you want me to send you the pictures let me know.
  15. be carefull with bisanga, I had a 2500 fue transplant 6months ago and he "forgot" to put some grafts on my head. as a result I have a bald area just behind the transplanted area. I am new in this forum , I donno how to add pictures, let me know if you want to see his scaring job!
  16. yes I did...and honestly go to someone else. It is not as he looks like. I can show you my result if you like. and the worst is that after just 5 months he proposed me another surgery... i'm available if you want more details bye
