Hey Thana, thank you soo much for your post! I have been a long time lurker and actually have a procedure scheduled with Rahal in the near future. I took your advice and tried the products! My hair looks much better; however, do you know if any of these products are harmfull? Especially the Samy product? How often do you use the Aveda shampoo and conditioner? Thanks!
