    Why did you went to Turkey ? They don't have a reputation for having the best clinic. Maybe the cheapest yes... Now you need to find a good surgeon to do a repair job.

    I am sorry but this does not look professional at all. You got overharvested. A shock loss does not look like this. Just look at the top doctor work, none look like this.
