  1. In short, No I don't think you're imagining this at all......... I started noticing the very same reactions as my hairline started to strengthen and form around 4 - 5 months. Subtle, slightly longer eye contact, smiles, more conversational etc... so far from women only thankfully...... Just recently passed the one year mark and it just kept/keeps getting better and better. I've never lacked confidence, so I personally have striked that out as a factor for the perceived change in reactions (IMHO)...... During the course of this year, Ive pretty much gone from appearing 10-years older than my actual age (42) to 10-years younger....... Might even have a second pass done in about a year or two for a nice tweak.......
  2. Couldn't have stated it better nw3.... Amazing what a little hair will do for quality of life. The way in which I interact with others and vise-versa... It's as if I stepped into a new dimension..... A more relaxed, happy dimension and it shows in my attitude..... May even spring for a second pass in a year or so, no rush however....... John
  3. Hello, I'm new here, but being 4.5 months post transplant, with my top noticeably thickening and my recession filling in, already subtle reactions are apparent. "you're looking buff guy.....!", "Did you drop a few pounds..?" (scratching their heads, quizzical expression and all) Yet my physique hasn't changed in the slightest....Also, longer eye contact, smiles and random chit-chat from the female persuasion.... Seemed very subtle at first, but I picked up on it....Almost like a social experiment every time I leave the house, be it work, shopping etc... I'm only about a third to a quarter of the way through..... Should get more interesting as the days roll by..... It's a relief to be out of the much dreaded first few months of nothing.... Just cruising and enjoying the ride from here on out..... John
